Got scammed as everyone else. I ordered the engraver and after 8 months I received a broken eyeliner...
I think we all have to do something with Facebook who let fake companies and scammers advertise through their platform

I ordered a laser engraver and it never arrived. They will not respond to emails. Total scam.

I ordered 2 engravers and it's been a whole year now and I have sent numerous of emails WITH NO RESPONSE.. Don't waste your money..THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED !!

Ordered and paid for engraver/laser September 2020.

Today 6 May 2021, I received my package!!!!!!. A towel hook. Even had to pay extra to get the parcel.
Will NEVER order anything advertised on Facebook again.

Willingshub are scammers / thieves and should be locked up.

I would not even give this company one star. I ordered in September still haven't recieved my engraver/laser. Tracking number does not work. Website has been taken down and no way to contact anyone. Called my credit card and there is nothing they will do. So I'm out of my money.

AM TRYING TO GET A REFUND FROM THE BANK I USED TO PAY FOR IT!!!

Same as everyone else, scammed. If Facebook can remove a political add they should be held responsible for not removing scam artists.

Very disappointed!

I ordered an engraver September 4, 2020; today, December 9th I am still waiting for the delivery. When I contacted customer service I was informed that during these times it would take longer than normal; I agreed so I continued to wait patiently. At the end of October I tried to contact customer service again, repeatedly with absolutely no response.

I also left a review on Willings Hub website stating that I was still waiting for my product. When I looked back at the site a few days later the review was no longer posted.

Fool me once, shame on you....

I have waited like 2 months and nothing, this is a scam, I want my money back!!!

Like everyone else, they took my money and 4 months later nothing except some bogus tracking number. Whatever they are doing work because I fell for their scam. Their website is shut down, because they are rebranding their company with new look and name so they could do it again to others.

Yep I just called ups and post office and they tell me that the tracking number is incorrect..i never received the engraver machine but they took money..but on the global tracking system is in unide stand packed and ready for pick up but somehow in ups office and post office dont see the tracking number

same thing happened to me, and its from Facebook ads as well.
seems this type of scam happens often from Facebook ads.
did a little research then found out company registered in England and owned by Indians. A fikgn piece of scum.
