Worst experience with a business I've ever had!!!! Ordered and paid for same delivery, reached out multiple times for information only to be ignored and then Informed ill have to wait until the 24th which is over a week away. Last time it was almost 2 weeks but I was assured that the issues would be fixed.

This morning I cancelled my order and repeatedly tried to get my money refunded but was told 6 hours later that I wouldnt get my package or my money back. I wouldn't have even used them but I had store credit from the last time and they wont refund my money.

Abysmal customer service, insane delays and a complete dumpster fire masquerading as a business. No accountability, responsibility, or integrity and you want people to be able to trust the thc products you sell?!

Before I placed my order, I called their customer service line. Their customer service rep "Johnathan" assured me that they would deliver my order next day, as their same day delivery service was slammed. I was fine with that. They accepted my money right away. Fast forward to today, I called and called, left voicemails, and sent messages via their chat. I couldn't get a rep on the line to save my life. Eventually, they called back stating that my order was shipped via "standanrd shipping" ie mail. I live in an area where they provide same day service, also I have NEVER ordered product for standard shipping. These ppl SUCK!!!!! They offer absolutely no help for their mistake. There are so many other places to order from, stay far far away from this skeevy, lying, shiesty outfit.

It was honestly great i just got into buying my carts n stuff from online and they have some good options i bought from Xpressgrass like about over 6 times and it’s been good everytime Customer service to me been amazing i like there drip labs carts been a fan of it for a few months and i look forward to seeing more live resin carts and vapes that’s something i feel like they lack in because most of them options are just distillate but other then that amazing cheap affordable and real Za you can trust em.

Poor communication, slow to ship I thought maybe I wasn’t going to receive anything I ordered but the pkg made it here eventually.

After 4 weeks I still don't have my order. I got CanPar tracking but there's no movement on the tracking, and XpressGrass customer service claims it's CanPar's fault 'but it's on the way'. They provided a refund code that you can only apply at checkout to another order, so you don't actually get any money back (and I'm highly doubtful the product would actually ever arrive) - don't know why they wouldn't just reship the order or refund me like any legit company would. Their customer service takes days to reply to chat messages, and don't do anything that actually helps you.

Placed an order, and said 2-4 days delivery in Western Canada. Paid in full, 3 days later, order not shipped and stuck in processing. This company is a SCAM, they take your money and do not respond to messages emails or phone calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Have purchased twice [$99/oz] from xpress and have been pleased with the product. Delivery is a little slow , but hey..we are in a pandemic,,just wait a little while.
Besides they give me a seniors discount, gotta like that.
