We bought playing shirts and hoodies for our U18 hockey tour to Holland. We were on a really tight turnaround but the Y1 crew (especially Ollie Matthews) were amazing and got it all to us in time. The quality of the kit was great and the boys loved it.

Really easy and fast replies from the team which allowed us to get our desired fleece.

Only reason for 4/5 was the delivery :( They didn’t message me and I had to travel to go pick it up which was lost in communication sadly.. I know this wasn’t Y1 but would’ve been 5/5 if not for delivery issues.

Good customer service and good quality products. However the colours on the fleeces we received did not exactly match the colours shown on the design, and the delivery was very slow.

Worked with Ollie on fleeces for my cheerleading team, he was so much help and the fleeces are perfect! Great quality and the team all love them, thank you!

The team members at Y1 were very helpful throughout the entire process. From helping us design our fleece, to keeping us updated with the order progress. The final 1/4 zip product that were delivered to our tennis club were great. Feels like good quality, extrememly comfy and we like the relaxed fit that provides a bit more of a retro feel. Would highly recommend to any sports club or university society!!

We brought fleeces for everyone in our uni sports club and they turned out amazingly! The customer service was so helpful, answered every question and helped us design them. We were able to add lots of personalisations to them and the embroidery and final product is such good quality! 100% recommend!

I ordered a Y1 fleece for uni and I LOVE IT! It’s great for everyday wear as well as on the hockey pitch. The sizing is good and it fits me really well. Washed it lots of time and the quality is still great.

I ordered fleeces from Y1 and it was such a simple process and arrived so quickly. They are very comfy and a big hit!

Definitely recommend!! The sticks are amazing quality with a variety of different designs and ranges percentages of carbon. It really involves power into my play. They help you find the right stick with the way you play with detailed descriptions and a stick quiz found on their page. Great quality but also great customer service - fast delivery. Definitely worth checking out!!!

Purchased a stick for my son, which subsequently rattled.
Sent a video to highlight problem and a replacement stick was provided without a fuss.

I ordered hockey team shirts for my husband and son for Christmas. We were excited to have their new team numbers printed on the back. I contacted Grace at Y1 who was brilliant at communicating with the warehouse during the busy Christmas rush so that I would be able to give these as gifts on Christmas Day. Grace kept in touch and did everything she could to help. I’m pleased to say the shirts arrived just in time and were very happily received! Thank you!
