As a first impression, they are very professional, quick to respond, and the app is interactive.

My partner and I are addicted to collecting Yonder points and finding places around London to spend them!

Had this card about a year now and I love the little perks I get with it. I’m only on the basic package but even through that I’ve amassed a fair few points which I’ve managed to treat myself with, from airport lounges, free e-sims and tonight a takeaway for my boy and I totally paid for with points! The app is easy to use and I like being able to add my own money and should I need too, take money out.

Best Credit card ever, keeps you updated at all times.

Yet again I’ve been lied to.

As per my last few reviews of this ridiculous company, I was emailed a few weeks ago and told this matter had been resolved and the Credit Reference Agencies had been updated and that my account would finally show as Closed.

Since then my credit file has updated and shows my Yonder account is still open and that it was updated by Yonder a few days ago.

I have been emailed by a member of their staff who had advised me they have a policy for responding to companies and that basically I should be patient.

This account was paid in full and closed correctly, nearly 10 months ago.

How this company has the audacity to tell me their policy allows them more time to deal with this simple task should be an embarrassment to the whole company.

I hope nobody else in the UK is having a similar issue with this company.

All you seem to get are AI responses and apologies that mean nothing.

The experience I've had so far with Yonder, is outstanding. They were able to cancel and re-issue a card when it was subjected to a scam, really quickly and all correspondence was done through the app. The app takes a bit of getting used to as it's a bit all over the place, but once you get your head round it, it's great.The rewards scheme is outstanding.

Totally recommend- rewards you can actually use in your everyday life, quick and efficient support team, and lovely app experience.

Easy and quick the best card ever

While product is ok, they have raised prices and have tried to justify/mask the increase as an ‘additional service offering’. I would have given a new pricing tier with the additional services and leave their existing customers pricing and services alone. I feel somewhat cheated as a long term user and will therefore be leaving when prices
increase…even yes i do know they gave people the ability to pay for one year at the current price (all upfront, not monthly), but i suspect there to be an ongoing annual increase theme for the business going forward. Re-evaluate the price structuring and treat your long-term cohorts with better perks (not just a quarterly dinner club a user may get)

I will be switching to a new card in november.

Excellent experience. It was really easy to sign up with Yonder. They have a very well designed app. Their interest rate on the free credit card is low comparatively to other credit cards, plus it is free to use abroad with no foreign transaction fees. In addition, you accrue points by using your card that you can then redeem in restaurants, travel, etc. All in all very satisfied.
