Ady was very helpful in getting my kids drawings in for a book after I missed the deadline! Definitely saved me as my kids would have lost it their drawings didn't make it into the book🤣 Overall great experience!

After waiting 2months for my young artist book that my child was entered into
I still have not received anything. There was no order number on my conformation email, no tracking number, and no information was emailed after they have "shipped" the book. I called their customer service number to get information after I have been emailing with them. And calling them is a USA number but they answer in England where the books are published and shipped out from. They do not get shipped to the address you enter the get shipped to an address in Peabody, Massachusetts. Apparently Peabody Massachusetts is supposed to ship them from their to your home address. While speaking with customer service they are rude, have no actual information to give as to what happens after the books are shipped from England and aren't very helpful. I will definitely be telling our school district what a scam, fraud ect.. this company is.

My experience with Young Artist has been great so far. The kids enjoyed the activity and are so excited to see their drawing in a book. Aaliyah has been very helpful and responsive in this whole process.

I really wanted to like this company as they have great things for schools and programs however after our students had submitted their work, it was approved and we were told it would be published, we never received our copy of the book. I had emailed the company several times requesting confirmation of the shipping address and a response that it was confirmed and then weeks later still nothing. This happened about 3 times and finally we have given up on trying to show our students the book their drawings were in. They were devasted we never received the book from LAST year. We will go with a different company for our afterschool programs.

This company is hands down one of the best I have connected with. They are prompt with answering emails and get back within a few days and have answered all of my questions. I also love that they do these contests with the children it was a great experience for our afterschool program. Definately will use them again and every opportunity they present.
