Staff is very hardworking, flexible, and very professional.

Lily was prompt with resolving my issue and very professional and polite.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were told that our son had been chosen to be published. We submitted permission and purchased 3 books. We waited several months with no further communication from Young Writers. I recently reached out to see if there had been some delay in shipments, and Young Writers denied receiving permission or payment. Obviously, our son is upset and embarrassed, but I should have vetted this company better before allowing him to enter the competition and sending the $75. Do not waste your time or get your child's hopes up. Find a more legitimate company that is not embroiled in controversy.

I had a brief issue with a student's submission, and Aaliyah was extremely quick and thorough in offering support and solutions. I was extremely impressed, and she has solidified my classroom's excitement in continuing to participate in these writing contests!

My daughter is getting published for the first time, and I wanted to follow up to ask when we will receive the books we ordered. Lily was helpful in providing the tracking information quickly.

Lily was super helpful in assisting me with all of my questions! I love having my students do the writing competitions through Young Writers. It gives them a sense of audience for their writing.

There was a miscommunication between the school and myself, so I never received the copies of the book my daughter’s short story was written in. Anyway, fast forward a year, and I had forgot! So I emailed them and got a wicked quick response. (And it’s Christmas for crying out loud! Why is anyone working anyway?!) They explained what happened and offered to get them shipped directly to me. I worked with both Gemma and Lily, and they were so kind and helpful. They were quick to get my new copies shipped out asap! My daughter has a new submission this year, and it makes me so proud to be able to read her PUBLISHED writing, and share it with our family. Thank you young writers USA! (No, nobody paid me to write this review. There is no gain for me to leave a review, so trust that this is sincere and genuine!) Great customer service, great program, great people, and of course, great writers! Thank you Gemma and Lily!

Our school was in a competition to be published, but somehow the letters got lost in the shuffle and sent out too late. After sending an email about my concern, it was made right and the students will be published!

I had an issue with the website and the consultant was fabulous and helping me order the book and getting logged into the account. Excellent customer service and very easy to use once I was able to login.

My daughter loves writing and is so proud that her story was chosen to be published in a book. When my daughter received her paperwork from her teacher past the deadline for permission to publish, I called Young Writers for assistance and spoke with Lily. She was so kind and courteous and was a great help in getting everything straightened out for me. She was also quick in replying to me through email and with keeping me in the loop of what was going on. Having great customer service is so refreshing these days. Thank you!

Young Writers has been so helpful and prompt in responding! My kids have loved these writing contests and the staff have been so friendly and responsive and easy to communicate with.

Gemma and Lily were so helpful when a bunch of our students' entries did not successfully upload with the rest of the submissions. I am so grateful for their efforts to ensure that all of our writers are published! This was a banner year for us, as 27 entries is by far our biggest number of contest participants to date. We are a very small school, and this represents a large percentage of our student body -- all of whom are so excited to be published and celebrated! Everyone looks forward to the publication party we throw each year, with student readings and book-signings for the whole school community to enjoy. We are so thankful for Young Writers providing us with what has become a beloved annual tradition on our campus. And again, I deeply appreciate their team's efforts to make this another successful year for our writers!
