Hi Amanda, just a couple of lines to let you know that I really enjoyed the two day coarse, I lost my younger brother 5 weeks ago and due to Covid restrictions I was not able to attend his funeral. To be honest I have found myself masking a hole load of pain. some of the tips you have shown me have helped with this and hopefully will set me up for the future.

Before my neural session I was unsure about myself and felt anxious about most situations I was walking into.

Then after my session life is still challenging and I'm needing to remember how to use the delete button and be open to how I want my life to be and the words I choose.

I want to revisit my notes from our session and remind myself how to be in those challenging times (low/sad/down times) ro be able to pick myself back up to continue with life.
