They took the burden off my shoulders. Moving into a new home can be expensive enough, but knowing that there was an option for Zero deposit took a huge burden off my shoulders. there was even an option to pay the zero deposit via direct debit which made it more convenient.

A terrible system
Our contract began from 30 June, we recieved the key at 1 July because of the zero deposit payment didn't work. We quarreled with the agent for two hours but left with nothing!!!

First of all, I want to apologise for the service you received, this falls below the level we expect.
Having reviewed the situation, I can see that we were notified of the issue late on 30th June when your agent called and spoke to one of our customer service advisors, who reached out to our IT team to see if there was an issue we weren't aware of.
Unfortunately due to the time of the contact from the letting agent we weren't able to amend the issue as quickly as possible which led to the delay.

They made an affordable option for people who are struggling to pay traditional deposit during renting a new home. Moving to a new home needs more budget and with zero deposit we don’t have to pay 5 weeks rent during that hard time. We just have to pay 1 week rent which is really helpful.

Until signing the agreement we were not informed about this scheme by the agent. We were asked to pay an amount we were not ready at that time or aware. It is better if we informed in the negotiations stage
