Despite sending in information to you, and having previously advising that the landlord will cause an issue, not once did your company contact me to discuss the situation.
Your company immediately took the landlords side despite the landlord being told that he needs to carry out essential work on the property, including input from the local authority.
I will never recommend, provide your organisation again.

The zero deposit option is a great idea specially for people who need to move right away due to urgent circumstances. The process to apply for it is so easy.the amount mod range i believe its worth it and they are easy to contact when you need help. I wish there are more agencies that has this option.

Zero deposit it’s exactly what it’s worth to a landlord, the agent messe up and went over the 28 days deadline to make a claim (connells of Harrow) I lost out £800 .
Zero deposit very conviniantly washed there hands of it! I wander who is going to sign this off! I definitely won’t.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your review.
Having reviewed your case, I can see that we were originally notified that your tenants had vacated on 21st May, and were provided a date of 16th April that the tenants had vacated the property. As per the terms and conditions of Zero Deposit, you (Or your letting agent) have 28 days to notify us that you wish to start the claim process, which is significantly longer than the 10 days you have to return a deposit should you have used a cash deposit.
Unfortunately as per the terms of the guarantee which were sent to you at different points during the tenancy, if a claim is notified outside of the 28 days we will not make any payment against the guarantee.
