Fridge fixed, but took such a long time.

Although problem wasn’t repaired as the engineer did not carry the required part. He informed me that he would have the required part placed on order. He was very informative as to what the problem was and how the repair would take place.

I contacted Zest regarding replacement options of my old washing machine which was under Zest's care plan and the old machine was beyond economic repair. The company set up a return call message which I found it very useful as I did not have to wait for them to answer my call due to their staff being busy. Less than 30 min later, Zest called me and I finalised my preferred option over the phone with reasonable cost and I was told the new washing machine would arrive in 5 working days and the order would be passed onto Zest Operations Team. The next day, I received a text message from the Operations Team saying that my new machine would arrive in 2 days time which was beyond my expectation. The new machine arrived on the day as promised and everything was in good order. I am very happy with the service provided by Zest.
