He was very apologetic about no one contacting us to rectify problem. Reuben was very helpful and sorted out problem with landline. Reuben was very patient and considerate thank you Rueben.

Zsombor did his job very professionally. Answered all the questions about new/ old router. Explained what all the lights mean and what to do in case there are any issues or more questions. Had the most positive experience

Had to call customer service today re a simple query on how my bill was made up.. Spoke to a very nice chap named James who was able to quickly and efficiently answer my query. I was also able to set up access for my wife to call in the future should we need to. Great experience today.

The Guy Matt at Zzoomm really helped a long with Jonny.
I had issues since re-contracting with Zzoomm with CGNAT and service outages. Matt persevered and stayed on till 7PM to resolve my issues. So Kudos to Matt :)

The phone was answered within one minute and I spoke to Rachal who was very easy to talk with and she processed my request to extend my contact with Zzoomm for a further two years .This did not take long and I am totally happy with Zzoomm performance and pleased to stay with them.

Slightly disappointed that the sales team phone line is open later than the customer service line but guess that’s to be expected in this day and age. Got through to Marie after a short wait. She was very patient and thorough and managed to fix the problem without sending engineers etc. Zzoomm customer service is great, not too much automated stuff, no reading off a scripts, thankfully what seems to be someone who genuinely cares and wants to help

It took rather a long wait getting through to a member of the technical team , but once I got through and explained what the problem was it was quickly resolved, only given 4 stars because of the waiting time

Had to call back 24 hours after my first call due with WiFi issues . Thankfully I was put through to Reuben again who was super helpful and talked me through a solution. Although not 100% fixed . We now have WiFi running today and will wait for engineers to check issues on the line . Again thank you Reuben for assisting me today
