Good start as I got through to the Zzoomm technical support team almost straight away & spoke with Nick, a UK based, UK national.
Didn't have high expectations before making the call as my Zzoomm box was dead! Nevertheless, Nick stuck with it and not only got that working again, he then fixed an issue between the box and router & also gave good advice and guidance on how the wi-fi works and how to make the most of it. Excellent service, I can't remember the last time I thought that about any technical helpdesk! Thanks Nick

I had a great experience with Mary from BeFibre. She was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and managed to extend my contract for 24 months at a very competitive price, which I really appreciate.

Wish that I hadn't gone with Zzoomm. Joined in February...no problems, then the internet went down. Hadn't got an appointment for days, then miraculously found one for the next day. Engineer came out and a wire in the box outside had come loose (or wasn't in properly in the first place). Sorted or so I thought. Having a job connecting to apps on my phone, hadn't previously had a problem. Having to use a neighbours broadband for my phone. Constantly ringing them, Tech support hadn't even picked up the problem. Anyway, emails flew between myself and the tech team..I had a phone call on Monday 13th April to sort the problem out. Had to go into my router and change a couple of things. Waited a while for everything to kick in. Tried the banking app and waited for it to open and it wasn't opening. Same with a couple of other apps. I know it's not the phone because It's a new one and I don't have a problem opening the apps on the neighbours broadband, so the problem is with Zzoomm. It's still not sorted.
I've put today's date, but it's been going on for well over a week, just before the end of March.
Can't fault customer service, they are helpful, but tech aren't resolving the problem..

After a year during which my broadband was largely OK the last six months has seem a marked service deterioration culminating in a complete absence of any broadband service since last Thursday.I had indeed received a text last Thursday telling me that due to service issues a remote fix would be installed and that I should reset the equipment when requested. This failed and an hour long telephone call failed also to fix the non service.So far I have received one acknowledgment telling me that Zzoom is working on the problem and might send an engineer but not when.The automated help desk talks about a 5 day turnaround on responding to complaints This company doesn't comply with any reputable standard of customer service and should be avoided.

Mary was great today, my contract had expired and my price had gone up. She listened to my concerns and managed to secure me the same great deal new customers get for the next 2 years at a fixed cost, with NO increases! Awesome job.

Am a new customer to Zzoomm and am experiencing connection drop offs quite a lot. Called Ellie at Zzoomm and was very impressed with her help and attitude towards resolving this issue. She was most helpful,bfingers crossed that the new settings made will sort this issue.

My Internet access was changed without any notification which was very inconvenient. I contacted the helpline and they (Marc Ivhann) were very helpful and I was soon back on line. Whilst I appreciate the swift aid it would have been helpful to have had notice prior to the event.

Khaled was extremely helpful and efficient. He checked out my account and was able to confirm that the internet signal was good. He then advised me to check the LAN cable to my PC and correctly identified the problem - which I was then able to fix easily. Many thanks Khaled - keep up the great work.

I have previously rated them a 5 as they were very good at matching a price against another supplier. However, after signing up to a 24 month contract and to a fast speed I have actually done 3 separate speed tests throughout the day and I am only receiving 2mbps download and 8 mbps upload - I would upload the screenshots of the tests if I could, I'm paying for fast fibre and definitely not receiving it and if I get told to reset the box one more time !! I wish I had gone with a different supplier..
Still might leave as zzoomm ain't giving me what I am paying for..A not very happy customer

Yesterday i experienced some technical issues with my Zzoomm WiFi, but the service I received was outstanding. I reached out for help, and James from the technical support team handled everything perfectly. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue online quickly and efficiently. My WiFi is now running perfectly. A huge thank you to James for the professional and helpful support!
