I had a problem with my broadband so I called customer services and spoke to Bethan. She was really helpful and patient, explaining while we talked as I am not very technically minded, and was able to resolve my issue.

The customer advisor was not great, I was informed that they have merged with BeFibre (which is the reason we want to change the provider) and when I've made that clear, instead of trying to help me , she said just that she will transfer me to cancellations and she just hang up ! Will not be using them for sure !!!

Jesson was very polite and and understood our WiFi issue and tried hard to resolve it himself. After a while he said he would have to refer it to their senior IT team based in the UK as it was a some complex matter and he also said if their senior IT team are unable to resolve it, then ZZOOMM would send an Engineer out to us.

Received my notification today that my 12-month contract is ending the End of April 2026. Called to renew the contract. Received excellent advise from Mary and the contract was efficiently extended on the spot. Well done. In addition booked a visit for router update. Very polite and professional interaction to solve my topics. Happy to recommend Zzoomm including the customer service, as you still get a person on the phone. Thank you.

I wanted to change my router password because it was too similar to my network name, so I went into the router settings and changed it. I then found I couldn't connect to the router, so no internet access. Not good. I phoned Zzoomm support and got to speak with Khaled, who changed my router password at his end, but that didn't work either. Khaled then set up a new network name, and I was able to connect using that. I'm now afraid to change the new password again in case something goes wrong again, but at least I'm operational once more – so thank you, Khaled.

My BeFibre router started playing up. It was stuck on a 2.4 GHz channel and wouldn't switch to 5GHz, no matter how close my laptop was placed. Luckily, my phone call was handled very expertly and courteously by Drexler. He made some technical adjustments remotely. I now have the option of two connections in my WiFi list: one for 5GHz and another for 2.4GHz (if I move out of range). Excellent service!
