Very good customer service. I got Zeri to guide me to connecting my extended router to my home network. This is good news, my prevous encounters havent gone so well. Well done Zeri and well done Zzoomm. Maybe its got to do with the takeover from BeFibre (the latter having autrotious service).

Excellent on-site service from Colin J. despite earlier phone customer care issues
I had an engineer visit today from Colin J. regarding recurring broadband service issues. I've been having trouble for weeks and, even though everything tested fine when he checked the line, Colin went above and beyond to ensure I wouldn't run into further trouble by replacing the modem just in case. He was polite, professional, and genuinely focused on solving the problem for me.
While the phone customer support leading up to this visit was frustrating, Colin was great. Thanks to him for fantastic service and attitude.
