The process to claim on my policy was simple and was handled with considerable speed. My paintwork is now flawless again. From booking the job to its completion of work was great. I would be happy to use this company again for any work on my vehicle.

A much better experience than my previous stint on the online ordering from GoOutdoors after securing my free delivery. Parcel arrived promptly and with the correct item inside.

Ordered online with the hope of just one delivery to try to be around for but no ended up with 3 different deliveries. On one of the deliveries I wasn’t able to track my parcel as the tracking number given what not recognised so had no idea when it was due to be delivered, second parcel arrived promptly but wasn’t my order they sent a heater instead of a griddle which I had to then return in store and arrange a refund. The third parcel arrived with no issues. A further issue was having refunded the incorrect order, I was then going to incur a delivery charge which prompted a customer service chat to have the delivery charge squashed as I felt this wasn’t my fault and wasn’t happy to pay. Luckily it was refunded. Overall GoOutdoors were fine it was the delivery that was the biggest issue. Much prefer to go in store but they didn’t have all my items in stock hence the online order.

I’ve no need to contact customer services as I have already contacted them numerous times due to the above issues raised on my review. Each time they were dealt with but I should not of had to raise all these issues if things were done correctly in the first place.

Fantastic site. Some crackling deals from Nike, JD plus many others. Best deal so far is the Tastcard that was free for 12 months - that offers discounts in coffee shops, restaurants and days out! Who wouldn’t love it!!!

Been with Smarty for a few months now, my family and I have been really happy with the cost of our data plan, the amount of data and the quality of the service provided. It’s easy to keep track on the app and we get regular alerts when payment is due and when it’s renewed. Just a pity that we can’t use our plan in the USA.

Have used Avanti for our last few trips as they seem to offer the best policy for us. Though luckily have not had to make a claim. We were quoted ridiculous prices before finding Avanti.

From first email the experience was fantastic even when I was unsure of what I was doing. Eg. Resetting HDI unit to factory settings or doing a burn test but Ronnymason was patient and explained everything step by step. Thank you for your patience.

Found the initial process to complete the quote very easy and straightforward. But found the quotes offered slightly more confusing as the had different excesses and extras included/excluded. Had to really read and check off the comparisons until I found the one I wanted. When I finally chose one, was sent straight to the website and again the process was straightforward.
