Be careful of delivery service from Furniture Village
Ordered table from Furniture Village Sales people very good When it came to delivery of table very different story On day of delivery my wife was there to take delivery We paid for delivery and to have table and chairs assembled Delivery men dumped all of table and chairs in kitchen and said to my wife Do you want them put up (She wasn’t aware we had paid for so called white glove service ) They said it’s not down to be assembled ,and left big heap in my kitchen
I therefore had to do it myself after getting in from work at 8 o’clock at night - not very impressed.
After numerous email and telephone calls Manager agreed to refund the delivery charge but when he spoke to delivery drivers they said my wife didn’t want table assembled So if buying anything from Furniture Village be aware they don’t always do as they say

Sorry to hear your goods weren't assembled as promised, sounds like there was a misunderstanding hence the manager agreed to refund the delivery charge as a way of an apology, i will be sure to pass the feedback to the warehouse as well.
