From the outset 4D Planning were open to answering my initial questions prior to commitment which added real reassurance in selecting them for my retrospective planning application. Throughout that process they were friendly and approachable and kept up great communication, pulling out all the stops at the final hurdle to keep the council on track.

We have used 4D planning to get a retrospective planning application on an unlawful flat roof terrace. The case was complicated as we had broken a clause from our loft conversion stating that we were not allowed to use the flat roof as a terrace.
4D planning has been so professional on our complicated case. They did the drawings and worded very carefully the planning application, providing very professional arguments. We had high chances that the council would refuse the planning but our goal was to succeed at the appeal, which we did. We would recommend 4 D planning to anyone who is struggling to get a planning approved.

- Communication has been poor throughout with a reluctance to have phone calls to talk through queries.
- Elements of the planning application appeared to be copied and pasted from other client applications.
- The planning application was submitted without consideration of statutory mandatory requirements.

Elie and team are very professional and efficient in their approach to planning applications. Our experience has been very smooth right from the start, completed the survey and drawings as promised and submitted the application to council all according to schedule. Elie has also kept us up-to-date all throughout the process and was always available to answer any queries that we may have.

The quality of the application was also of the highest standard with professional digital drawings, strong support statement and helpful photos. I would definitely recommend 4dplanning and will use again for any new planning extensions.
