We have recently received planning permission for the proposed two storey extension to our house. Our experience of using 4D Planning as the architects for this project has been extremely positive. They progressed our planning application as speedily as possible and always replied promptly to our queries. We are total novices in terms of the building world and have had the process explained to us fully at each stage. We have found 4D Planning to be very approachable and user friendly and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had a great and stress free experience using Elie at 4D planning to get my application approved for an outdoor gym.

I used the service of 4D Planning to get me a permission from Westminster Council to add a basement to a town house in a conservation area near Hyde Park London W2. It was a very challenging experience giving the number of objections from neighbours and complying with all the UDP policies but throughout the process 4D dealt with it in extreme professionalism and managed to secure the full planning permission. They kept me inform with the progress step by step and offered alternative solutions to any problem faced.
