We had our kitchen refurbished last year. We decided to buy a proboil tap. When the filter needed changing we had an issue with our boiler, it needed replacing. We contacted the company and it was resolved once Olivia came on board. Olivia was a god send. She reassured us and got the matter resolved quickly and efficiently!

Amazing customer support. I know nothing about taps, but when I needed spare parts to stop a leak, Stephen on the customer experience team came to my aid! Using the photo of the tap I sent and the description of the issue he kindly proved the links to the exact products I needed! Lovely company to deal with, stress free and very efficient. My taps are over 10 years old and the fact I can still buy spare parts is just wonderful. Can’t recommend highly enough! Thanks guys!

Bought two Abode taps via Screwfix. A A month after they were fitted i noticed one of the indices was cracked. Tiny detail but i noticed it. Sent an email to Abodecustomer service and next day they replied saying a replacement was in post which was duly received. No fuss or bother just great customer service. Thank you Abode!

I found my experience to out perform anything before. The team responded immediately before the weekend and confirmed a full boiler replacement on Monday which arrived on Wednesday. Pity my installation company could match this.

I called Abode customer service to order replacement valves for a mixer tap. The agent I spoke to, Margery, was very helpful in identifying the required parts. I sent a photo of the tap and the old valve and just a few minutes later she called me back after identifying the type I needed. Excellent service.

I needed a new Abode Orbit kitchen sink waste plug, so ordered it online as I was unable to purchase it at any of the plumbers merchants in my area. Item arrived within 2 working days. Excellent customer service.

Have had a boiling tap for over 5 years now. There have been problems but Abode's customer service department always sorted them out quickly who ever I talked to! This time on Wednesday, I needed help with ordering filters & descaling products as the page looked sightly different from what I remembered. Lindsey was brilliant telling me which products I needed after she found me on the system. And when I asked when the filters etc would turn up she said by Friday. She was completely correct as they turned on Thursday, less than 24 hours after I ordered them - Thank you Lindsey for all you help & I remember you dealing with me & my problems in past phone calls. Congrats to Abode for choosing the right people for your customer care department.

We had a Proboil 2 fitted as part of a new kitchen and loved having boiling water on demand. Unfortunately the screen on the unit stopped working so contacted Abode- we had a new unit less than 48hours later.

Had an issue with a boiling hot water tap and called Margery at Customer Experience department. She was efficient , friendly and helpful at the same time and dealt with my query right away . Really good customer service

A connector failed on my Proboil. Customer Services quickly responded and sent out a replacement which arrived next day. Excellent customer service.

The people I spoke to at Abode were very helpful. They were knowledgeable about the product range and could also find the relevant information to help resolve my problem with a tap bought 17 years ago and now obsolete.

I had a problem with an E3 error code on my Proboil 2X and called for help.

We had our first new proboil unit for 3 years when it started leaking from the seal around the bottom of the unit. When I contacted the company they told me we lived in a hard water area (we don’t, which they later accepted). After a lot of going and froing and having to prove how it was set up, we eventually received a new unit as a goodwill gesture. This was fine, but it was a plumber/electrician who installed our first unit and neither my wife nor I are plumbers or electricians. We did manage to set it up after a couple of hours but when we got it working, there was a burning rubber smell from the unit. Obviously, given the issues we’ve had already, we switched it off immediately and contacted the company. I had hoped that a service technician would come out but Jade just got back to my email and asked us to flush through both the red and blue pipes with no mention of what could be causing the smell. E.g. Is it just because it’s new? Is this a common occurrence? Attached to the email was a form asking for the exact same information we were asked when we had the leak with our first unit. We don’t really have time to go through all of this and we have agreed that it this is another faulty unit we will get a Quooker or even just go back to a kettle. We know how to work one of those. In addition, the leak caused by the first unit has ruined our cupboard. I also asked for advice on how to register the warranty with our replacement unit but this wasn’t answered.

Excellent after service from Shelli following a little issue with our Monobloc tap. Shelli was very responsive to our enquiry and the replacement parts were received the next day with clear and easy instructions and the offer to provide additional support if needed. Much to my surprise, my husband managed to install the replacement part successfully! Thank you Shelli.
