How these guys get such reviews is beyond me. Didn’t comeback on quotes after spending 29 minutes on the phone. No records and answer the phone with hello. !

Excellent very helpful and patient

Taken over GSI who we have used for 20+ years and ruined it within a year. Can no longer contact the local branch, emails ignored and they never answer the phones. Had to take time out from work to drive down and get documents. Just renewed elsewhere for £577 they wanted £1141. And got better cover to boot. Well done on destroying what was an excellent local business. I genuinely feel for your staff in the Gravesend branch, you have given them a dead horse to flog.

Very difficult nowadays to get through by phone, possibly won't use Academy again because of this. Such a shame as I've used Academy for years & they used to offer a personal approach & pick up the phone quickly.
