Airport Parking Bay provides meet-and-greet parking at London Luton Airport. We're an authorised operator working from inside Terminal Car Park 1. You drive straight to Level 3, hand your keys to one of our staff members, and walk to check-in in about three minutes. When you land, your car is brought back to the same place. We're based in Luton, and we run the operation ourselves. Our prices start from under £40, and we keep them clear. What you see when you book is what you pay. Terrible service during pickup
Terrible service during pickup!
I don’t like that my dashcam was disconnected while I was away, it seemed very shady! How do I know my car was not driven round or used for something illegal during my absence? I should have at least been told about this when dropping off the car. And I also wasn’t told I still had to pay an extra £10 at pick up after paying almost £80 to park my car. There was no transparency and when I told them about it, the man kept cutting me off and being defensive about it.
I am not impressed.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, however we would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review.
Airport Parking Bay provides an off-site Meet & Greet service. As explained within the booking information, customers leave their vehicle with our team at Luton Airport and the vehicle is then driven to our private off-site parking facility for the duration of their trip before being returned to the airport for collection.
The £10 airport exit fee is also stated within the booking information provided for bookings where this charge applies, including that it is payable on collection. It is therefore not an additional charge introduced unexpectedly when the vehicle is returned.
Regarding your dashcam, we understand why finding it disconnected may have caused concern. However, this does not mean that your vehicle was being driven around or used for any unauthorised purpose. Vehicles are only driven as necessary as part of providing the off-site Meet & Greet service.
We always encourage customers to read the service information and booking conditions provided when making their reservation, particularly regarding the off-site parking procedure and any applicable airport fees.

Both sides of the car has been hit, upon arriving to pick our car up it was stopped in the middle of the car park road so we had to be quick to move it, upon inspection the car has been driven into 2 separate things, one on either side. They clearly cant drive and they will not get away with.it.

Excellent Meet & Greet Service at Luton Airport!
I had a really great experience with Airport Parking Bay. The whole process was smooth, easy and stress-free from start to finish.
The price was one of the best I found directly on their own website, and the service was excellent. Most importantly, when I landed, my car was already there ready for me, which made the journey home so much easier.
The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional, and everything went exactly as expected.
Highly recommended! I would definitely use Airport Parking Bay again for my next trip from Luton Airport.

Brilliant service

Damage to lock on pickup
Just picked up my car and the fob was not working and the key cap on the drivers door was missing. Since leaving the car park I've noticed that not only the fob is not working, the actual key will not lock the car so the lock has been damaged whilst in their possession! Have sent a formal complaint so will update this review pending their response.

Thank you for your review. We have since investigated this matter fully and have also contacted you directly by email.
To clarify, the door lock was not damaged by our team. When our staff attempted to access the vehicle, the key fob was not functioning, so the door handle key cover was removed in order to unlock the vehicle manually using the key.
The cover was not lost or damaged and was placed safely inside the vehicle under the handbrake. This was also noted and communicated internally by our team at the time.
Where we did fall short was that this information was not passed on to you when the vehicle was collected. We apologise for that communication error, as understandably finding the cover removed without an explanation would have caused concern.
We have explained the circumstances directly by email and hope this has clarified what happened.

Easy and seamless, the state the car arrived in is why we haven’t rated 5 stars.
It was quite easy and seamless. The phone number was available for us to call at anytime despite it stating hours of operation on their website, which was really good.
Only issue we had was the car arrived back to us in the most filthy condition, almost as if they parked it at a construction site, which was annoying because we had just washed the car prior. So just be mindful of this.
Apart from that everything was ok. 👍

Really rude staff at the parking
Wish I had ready these reviews before booking. I think all the positive ones must be fake.
Really rude staff at the parking. Didnt even look at me. Didnt say Hi, or Bye, or thankyou. Couldnt do normal human interactions. Our family were joking between us on the return to see if they could say Hi or bye. We got more english words from the car park staff in Spain. If this is how this company is happy with their staff projecting their company, that says alot.
Meet and greet parking, consisted of driving to the designated meeting point, which is a car park. Parking, then walk to the airport, and collecting from the same car park and charge more for it. No problem with this, but it not what i expect when I do meet and greet.
Better off using the normal car park, at least car wouldn't be stored outside and come back dirty. Its just a car park, not a meet a greet.

Our meet and greet service is clearly described at the point of booking. Customers drop their vehicle at the designated location, our team then securely parks and stores the vehicle for the duration of the stay, and returns it upon collection. This is entirely consistent with what was booked and paid for, and we are confident the service was delivered as described.
With regard to our staff, we have reviewed this internally and are satisfied that our team acted professionally and carried out their duties correctly. We are sorry if you felt otherwise, however we do not believe this reflects a failing on our part.
