Great customer service and efficient service of our heat pump on the day

We engaged Air To Heat to perform an annual servicing to our Vaillant air source heat pump. The booking process was straightforward, the engineer Eddie was punctual, courteous, and smoothly did all the checks. He found a very minor issue and commented that our installers (a different company) did a good job a year ago, which was a nice thing to hear. A physical report was left with us at the end of the servicing and also a digital version was sent to us via email later. We would not hesitate to use Air Heat again next year.

I moved to my current address 3 years ago and have only used AirtoHeat for annual service for my heat pump. They are friendly, helpfull will alwas answer your questions, have good time keeping and tidy. I would recommend them and don't intend to use another company.

We recently had a 13 kW air source heat pump installed to replace the gas boiler in our house. We're quite happy with the results and AirToHeat did a great job taking us through the process, doing the heat assessment, handling the government subsidies, and upgrading the radiators before doing the installation. They were also quite understanding when we changed our plans to bury the pipes (be sure to think through whether you really want large pipes going across your house before starting the work). Eddie and Alfie were very helpful and did a great job. There were a few points in the installation where the logistics probably could have been handled better...there was a bit more dead time than I expected. It ended up taking two weeks in total (in part because of our changes to have the pipes buried), but overall we're very happy with the results and would recommend.

We were visited by Mert, he was so friendly, helpful, took his time and gave us some really good advice about looking after the heat pump as well as general heating advice. Excellent customer service thank you!

Ben came out to fix my heat pump and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. His communication throughout the process was excellent - he kept me informed every step of the way and was very professional.

He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my heat pump, getting everything back up and running in no time. It's clear he knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work.
