I can’t fault the fantastic service! We had our heat pump serviced recently, which involved a clean up and inspection of the heat pump and also the plumbing system throughout the house. The engineer was extremely polite and helpful! I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again.

Heat pump is great. There were a few issues getting it working properly due to work going on in the house and an extra pump the builders had added, but Toby came out on a Saturday at short notice and explained it all thoroughly and now it's working really well. I would recommend (and definitely get a heat pump rather than a gas boiler, you will not look back!)

A knowledgeable, friendly and competent company to deal with before, during and after our air source heat pump installation. They were able to speak with confidence about the system they were proposing and had a solution big enough where the energy companies did not. Have also used them for servicing to maintain the systems warranty.

AirtoHeat are very reliable, punctual and customer focused. Although we have had a few small problems with our heat pump, throughout the time the company have been quick to respond and their staff are absolutely charming and very good at their jobs. Our heating and water system is now working beautifully and we would never regret getting rid of our gas boiler- it was leaking anyway! Air to Heat are an excellent company and I recommend them highly!

The property here has a complicated set up, with other companies not wanting to manage the install. The system took some fine tuning after the installation, and the after support has been well received.

I had a heat pump and underfloor heating installed by the team over the past few weeks. In the run up to installation they had been extremely helpful with paperwork and helping me liaise with my freeholder about the installation. The installation itself was good and they quickly responded to my request to screed over the underfloor heating as well as laying it. They also gave a great handover and explained all the equipment and I feel reassured they will be there for any support in the future. Thanks team!
