If I could give 10 stars, I honestly would……

From the very start, we thought getting a mortgage was absolutely not possible for us. We had less than perfect credit history & complicated circumstances.

Lucy was absolutely outstanding. She was honest, knowledgeable & calm. Even when things looked like they might fall apart, she kept working through the options & never made us feel like our case was a lost cause!! She explained everything clearly & kept us reassured throughout what was a very emotional process.

Rachel was also fantastic, always super helpful, responsive & making sure things kept moving behind the scenes. Even answering my 2738272 questions & dealing with my emotional breakdown like a pro when I found out we got the mortgage offer!

Together, they really made an overwhelming process feel manageable. Thanks to Lucy and Rachel, we now have our mortgage offer, which is something we genuinely didn’t think would happen at the start. They truly made what felt impossible, possible.

We cannot recommend them highly enough, especially if your situation isn’t straightforward like ours… or if it is straight forward, use them anyway because they’re amazing!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Danielle always responded immediately to our calls and answered all questions no matter how minor. She made a usually stressful, difficult experience so easy and pleasant and ensured a lack of "jargon" meant we fully understood every stage of the process. Great communication, with an easy to use app. Would definitely recommend.

When the bank says no, you really must be go to this mortgage broker, who will do everything in their power to help you. We were mortgage prisoners in a house too small for our family and unable to buy a new house with the help of a high street lender. We want to say an especially big thank you to Danielle and Sam. It’s been such a long process, but Rachel and Richard never gave up. Disappointed, waited a year after receiving an AIP from them of 7 percent and requiring a 14 % deposit, credit hugely improved and earnings went up by 10k only for them to get me a terrible deal of requiring over a 20% deposit and 6.8% interest, literally worse than last year. Had far more reasonable offers come back through from other potential brokers, can’t understand what they’ve possibly put forwards to the lender to get such an abysmal quote back.
