When my bank did say no hsbc I rang when the bank says no and Ashley and his team made buying my first home possible , even though the first one fell through due to leased roof space solar panels , they were very quick and when I found this property , was very smooth and completed in six weeks , very impressive and communication is second to none , kept me updated every step of the way , five star service from beginning to end . Ashley and Rachel did very well to find me a mortgage as previous brokers had failed to do so given my difficult situation. They were friendly, polite and communicated frequently. The only minor issue was sometimes the documents I sent didn't go through on the app and I sometimes received text messages saying I needed to complete a task when I had already completed it. But overall they really did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Well I was about to give up on a property I bought at auction when the finance fell through on the last minute but Naheela & Gus was determined to get me a mortgage worked none stop back and forward with myself and the lenders got me a mortgage deal sealed within just a couple of days with a backup mortgage they had in mind absolutely brilliant team and amazing people I couldn’t thank youse enough.
