All Backyard Fun did was to sell us great Fire Pit for our Patio, everything they said was accurate, their Staff is great and will buy from them again!

I looked for a long time trying to find a bowl cover for my Frontgate firepit. It comes without one. Finally found it at All Backyard Fun. Stephanie answered my questions in a professional manner, took my order, and the next thing I knew, I had a gorgeous cover that matched the finish on my pit. Now the Oregon rain splatters harmlessly as I gaze out the window longing for a little clear weather to enjoy the fire. I’m going to alert Frontgate to its existence because some type of cover is needed.

Had a small billing problem that was corrected quickly and courteously. Part was shipped promptly and correctly. Would use this business again.

It was concerning to purchase a fire pit online, with no opportunity to see it in person. This was also not an inexpensive fire pit, which was also a gamble, but we couldn't find anything we liked locally. The fire pit was delivered quickly with no damage, and looks as good in person as it did online. We are overall very happy with our purchase!

I saw a variety of fire tables at a home and garden show this spring. Our deck was built in May and we were excited to add a table but the cost was prohibitive. I started looking online to price shop. All Backyard Fun definitely caught my eye. I waited until closer to the end of the season hoping the tables would go on sale. I was glad I signed up for the regular email from BYF so I was aware of the labor day sale! By golly there were the most gorgeous fire tables made by Oriflamme (my first choice in manufacturers) on sale. The online purchase was simple and BYF arranged for the table -all 240 lbs of it- to be shipped at no cost to me! It took a while because BYF had to arrange things with the distributor but BYF communicated with me and answered my questions along the way. The shipping company was professional and provided updates as the fire table traveled across the country to me. The delivery person was competent and on time. I have a beautiful fire table at a reasonable cost just in time to enjoy on the cool Ohio evenings this fall.

We purchased an outdoor granite fire pit and found dealing with Backyard Fun was easy and pleasant. Delivery was on one pallet with solid packing and received on schedule. Highly recommend this company.

I don't do this very often but the level of customer service that I have received from them has been too good to not write about. They always seem to have someone available to answer the phones and Andy was very good at helping me when I had an issue with my order. He definitely went the extra mile no question. I would definitely use them again. Also we have been very happy with our Oriflame purchase.

I was pleased that the rep for the company contacted me on my order to correct an error that I had made. This saved me time and expense, and she was very helpful.

Delivery was early, and the table put straight into my garage.

I would definitely recommend this company, will update once the table is in place and working. Should any problems occur, absed on this experience, I feel confident that it will be handled quickly.

We purchased our fire table from this company about 4 weeks ago and it delivered a little sooner than anticipated, which was great. The assembly was easy and the finish and appearance of it was as advertised, a great contribution to our backyard area and experience of being outdoors. The price was very adequate compared to other similar appearing tables we reviewed online. My only concern was that I thought it would have an ignition device built in, but it requires manual lighting, just a small inconvenience. This could be my fault for just assuming that was part of the table and not reading the details more carefully, as some other table do include this (similar to a propane grill). It did ship with a palate and plywood sheet to stabilize and protect the pieces, which the 3rd part delivery service left behind, because they said it was part of the order, and we wish they would have taken it away as we now have to figure out how to dispose of it. But overall I am very satisfied with this purchase and would order from this company again.

I wish I found this company two years ago. As a landscape designer we need a variety of equipment fast and at a low price. I had questions, and of course, special requests for product delivery that were easily handled. At the end of my call, the owner even got on the phone to make sure everything was taken care of, and I was happy. I definitely was. I will continue to order from allbackyardfun and encourage you too as well.

Truly great people to work with and unique design for our fire pit. Absolutely love it, and our friends do too. We get many compliments.

Andy was awesome and everything was on time as promised

The product came very quickly, which was nice, but one of the boxes (2 boxes total) was shipped to the wrong address. They got one address label correct, and on the other one it just had my name and so UPS did a search and delivered it to the wrong address as a result.

Great knowledge. Great service.
