I live in a regional area and I was absolutely gobsmacked that they delivered, to my door. This is unheard of these days! I had live tracking of the delivery driver and was contacted via sms and telephone to update arrival times. The driver carried my items in from the road and was really friendly. I would highly recommend!!

Highly recommend these guys. The service was amazing from start to finish and I liked the fact that you could track the delivery. They took our old fridge away set up a new one and we’re great.

Ordered a new Bosch dishwasher online and it was delivered first thing the next morning. The installation guys removed our old dishwasher and installed the new one, gave us a rundown on how it worked and ran a clean cycle before they left. Researched best price online and Appliances Online are competitive even with their installation and removal cost included. Free delivery is a win too!

Had to come here to highlight how amazing this company is and how top notch their service since years!
I bought 2 washing machines over the time of 10 years, just got my second one today, and again had an absolutely perfect service!

- super friendly and helpful guys
- they suggested unpacking outside to keep my apartment clean and cleaned up all the packaging
- connected the new machine and made sure it's all working and even helped me with instructions
- removed the old machine for free and without any hassle or issues.

Delivery was quick, and they told me they would pick up the old one later. I called customer service, and the representative said someone would pick it up the following day. However, I didn't receive any confirmation. On that day, I called customer service again. Emily answered and told me the pickup would be between 1 and 3 PM. I waited, but no one came. When I called them back, the lady who answered said the pickup would actually be tomorrow. Awful customer service!

Appliances online customer service never ceases to amaze me. You can really tell whether a good company is a good company based on their after purchase customer service. They've been prompt, gracious and provided excellent customer service every time I've needed to contact them. Their price beat is legit and not full of small print conditions. If they have a product in stock, I will always choose to go with them compared to other big name stores.

Just had my dishwasher delivered to regional Victoria by 2 great young fellas, polite and well presented, on time and kept updated information on where they were. They took my old dishwasher away and unpacked my new 1 and took that rubbish away also. Great experience 👍
