Amazing customer service and flawless delivery!
I first thought of buying the appliances for my new house from Appliances Online because of their very competitive prices. The excellent customer service and smooth delivery totally exceeded my expectations.

Very happy with entire transaction from beginning to end. Appliances Online understands the shortcomings of internet shopping (as opposed to buying from a bricks-and-mortar store) and exceeds one's expectations in a number of ways.

Just had my dishwasher delivered to regional Victoria by 2 great young fellas, polite and well presented, on time and kept updated information on where they were. They took my old dishwasher away and unpacked my new 1 and took that rubbish away also. Great experience 👍

This company and staff are so easy too deal with! Ordered our new washing machine yesterday and it's already doing a load this morning with my old oneall. Removed by them too! Excellent price. Excellent communications. Excellent service. Definitely going to us them for my next appliance. 👏👏👏

I ordered late@night & it arrived B4 midday next day 2 a semi rural address🫪I was flabbergasted. Lee/Ben was friendly & v professional (promote this man)! I opted for the extended warranty which was 19% of the cost (which was the lowest). I ran the ext warranty through AI & it agreed. My appliance know has a 2+2yr warranty. The Winix Zero 360+ 😻has very few reported issues but the peace of mind was worth the cost IMO & AI’s. I will use AOL again w’out hesitation!🙏🏼AOL, so IMPRESSED!

Another seamless experience - value and service which I thought had disappeared.

We had 2 deliveries on 2 separate days within a week. There is no reason to go to another store when appliances online, deliver, carry up stairs, and install for you. And finally taking away all of the packaging! The entire process from price, ordering, tracking and delivery were all spot on. They know what is important to the customer, and they do it well.

We were very pleased with the Online shopping experience. The price was fantastic for not only did it include a discount it also offered us the free option to remove our old appliance and install the new machine. Appliances online are the premium service unlike other white good providers who don't appear to compare in terms of the buying options price and speedy delivery services. They offer a tipping service that goes directly to the team which we hesitated with initially because it's unusual to tip before the service has been completed however it all went so smoothly. The communication included a text informing us of an expected and accurate arrival time. Would thoroughly recommend this company who deserve a 4th emergency service status because white goods should and must be delivered in a timely manner. Appliances Online have exceeded our expectations! Well, done!

Whenever I use Appliances Online, I find the process quick and easy. PRicing is very competitive. If there is an issue (and over the years we've had a few with appliances under warranty, or a mistake I made when ordering online) they are so easy to reach and so quick to help. I felt the need to leave a review because I have been consistently impressed with them.

My order arrived quickly despite my living in a regional area. Ordering was easy & the delivery guys were great.

When my partner and I moved into our own place together August of last year, we bought a vacuum cleaner as well as a toaster & kettle set from appliances online. So just over a year we’ve owned these appliances.

The kettle did not even work. So we had to buy a new one from elsewhere. The toaster is so low quality I’m scared it’ll blow up. It doesn’t even toast bread properly. Looking to buy a new one soon.

The vacuum cleaner was good for roughly six months… it is the worst vacuum cleaner I’ve ever used. I avoid vacuuming purely so I don’t have to use it.
It has the weakest suction (there is nothing stuck in it!). Literally picks next to nothing up, especially on carpet.
It makes weird noises as if the power to it isn’t registering properly.
The chord is a poor length. I have a small open floor plan house and I can’t even reach one side of it so I have to use an extension chord.

Please do not buy from this website. I don’t know what happened to sturdy appliances that outlasted you but this is not the website to find them.
