I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arrow Lift. From start to finish, the entire experience was truly exceptional.
Peggy, who coordinated the installation, was beyond helpful—kind, patient, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, and I genuinely appreciated her warmth and professionalism.
Thomas, the installer, was equally outstanding. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully explain how to use the lift, including all of the safety features. He made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident before he left, which meant so much.
In all my life, I have never experienced this level of customer service. Every interaction was handled with care, efficiency, and genuine kindness.
I am wholeheartedly recommending Arrow Lift to anyone in need of a stair lift. They turned what has been a very stressful time caring for my 88-year-old aunt into a moment of relief and hope. Thanks to them, the first step in this journey was a positive one—and that means everything.

A great experience all around. Our sales rep, Nate was responsive, thorough and clear giving us guidance on what would work best for us including new and used options. Our installation technician, Gabe was fantastic. We discussed specifications for our stairway and our personal preferences throughout the process. He made adjustments accordingly and we absolutely love the stair lift we purchased!
