Ours was a pre-need installation.
Our dealings with Arrow were always clear and straightforward.
The sales rep was thorough and listened to our needs and gave honest, reliable information and advice.
Delivery of the custom rail was earlier than expected and installation was quick and very clean.
The system works very well and is minimally intrusive even on our narrow stairway (36")
Although we don't actually use our system on a daily basis yet, we plan to age into it in the coming years.
For now when our older friends visit they are very grateful to use it and it is extremely helpful for transporting heavy groceries and cases of wine!

I am extremely disappointed with my…
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arrow Lift. A mistake made by their technician left my residential elevator in worse condition than when they arrived. One of the elevator doors has been locked shut, which is completely unacceptable—especially for equipment meant to provide accessibility.
What makes this even more frustrating is that it is taking three days for Arrow Lift to return and fix a problem caused by their own error. As of now, the door remains locked, creating an ongoing accessibility issue.
Customer service has been virtually nonexistent. Everyone I have spoken with has been condescending, dismissive, and uninterested in taking responsibility or correcting the mistake. The manager, Kelsey, in particular, was rude and condescending and has no business speaking to customers in the manner that she did—especially when Arrow Lift is clearly at fault.
If you are in need of a wheelchair lift, residential elevator, or any accessibility equipment, I strongly urge you to choose a different company. Reliability, accountability, and basic customer respect are severely lacking here.

Arrow Lift was the only company that…
Arrow Lift was the only company that allowed me to test out the stair lifts at their California location (Union City) and that made a huge difference in my decision to buy from them.
The installation process was easy and did not take too much time to install the three straight stair lifts that I purchased for my home. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Now, I am able to use all 3 floors of my home more easily than before thanks to the Arrow Lift stair lifts.

The salesman and installer knew their product
The salesman not only knew his stuff. He believed in the product. What sold us on this stairlift was the way the rail system sat on the steps. We use it everyday. No problems at this time.

No pleased with install
Sent an installer that did not know how to install. took 2 days and still had it wrong. then sent another installer, he fixed immediate problem and had it working but told us that they had wrong size rails and had to be reinstalled. Another installer, he was great, installed new longer rails and has it working great, and only took 4 hours. So it took 4 work days to phically install and 8 days time to install.
