Extremely pleased and satisfied!

David St. John was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and scheduled my install to meet my timeframe before my surgery. Walter, the installer was an excellent representative of your company. He was extremely polite, cleaning everything after the install, and explaining how to use the chair and the maintenance program. I am extremely pleased with the my stair lift and my experience with your company. Thank you!

Very efficient and knowledgeable…

Very efficient and knowledgeable service. The work took significantly less time than originally estimated—they assessed the project one day and completed the installation the next. We sincerely appreciated the expedited timeline, and my mother now uses it daily without any issues.

Disappointing customer support

Installer was great. However encountered a minor issue after several uses. Requested a service and technician came. He was Not very helpful and a little abrupt. I’m I’m my 80s and need a little patience with the explanation given. I wasn’t satisfied and don’t feel comfortable using the list now. I’ve asked my designer who recommended this company to please help me and now the company doesn’t want to send another technician back without charging for service. The lift is 1 month old.

A very satisfied customer.

From start to finish the whole experience was great. Mr. St. John's came to my home to see what my needs were and gave me all information to make a decision. Once I said yes, measurements were taken and order placed. My lift was installed 6 weeks later. The installation was flawless. The installers were respectful, of me and my home. Everything was cleaned up and left spotless. They showed me how to use my lift and left instructions if I had questions.
All in all I am so very satisfied with Arrow Lift and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in a stair lift. Thank you to all of you.

We recently had a stair lift installed…

We recently had a stair lift installed and were very pleased with the entire experience. Tyler Oldham was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable during the sales process, and Robert did an excellent job with the installation. Both made the process smooth and stress-free. My mom has been using the stair lift daily and is very happy with it. Highly recommend their service.

Arrow has been great from the start…

Arrow has been great from the start explain options without pressure. The installer of the stair lift was professional did a great job installing and explaining how to use the lift and also totally cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed with the whole experience so far and the lift is working perfectly

First off i want to thank the staff at Arrow lift, Tyler Oldham the sales representative was very professional and helpful he made the process go very smooth. along with the techs Marcus and Robert who did a fantastic job of installing our new Arrow lift system.

Was ordered and installed quickly

Was ordered and installed quickly. Works well. Little problem with chair. Installation was good. Take out of old lift was way to expensive. $600.00 take out. Takeout/install only took 3 hours.

The installer was extremely knowledgeable on 10/01/25.

The installer was extremely knowledgeable about the chair lift and very instructive to his young assistant. He gave clear instructions regarding operating the lift.

The sales rep was also very knowledgeable and clear in presenting options for my future use and purchase. He understood my situation.However, I had to call three times regarding installation date and time. No one called me. Unfortunately, the installer arrived earlier than I was told just that morning. Fortunately, he waited in the driveway for my return. Scheduling needs to be improved. Why did not someone schedule me from the beginning? Why did I have to make all of the phone calls? The installer upgraded the padded seat and back which I appreciated.

However, my oak bottom wooden step was badly scratched during the installation process. Someone is arriving tomorrow to tell me how to fix the damage. I have taken good care of this house including the wooden areas. The stair step was not damaged prior to the installation.
