Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear about the issues with the product.

As we deal in used goods, each product brought to us is checked to ensure it is in a fully working & saleable condition. Minor scratches are acceptable on Games, DVDs and Blu-rays as long as they play. Whilst this isn't the experience which we aim to provide, feedback has been shared with our store so that they can take relevant measures to avert such instances in the future.

Thank you for your review.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the switch control sticks, and I understand the inconvenience this would have caused.

All items we buy are tested before purchase, and only once they pass our set guidelines, they are bought and sold ahead. However, it appears the fault may have occurred on a later date, and in such instances, we offer an easy returns policy under our warranty.

Considering the nature of our business, we ensure that items are tested before they are purchased. Whilst they may have visible signs of usage, we do not purchase items with visible faults/issues. I would like to extend my apologies if this hasn't been the case here.
