I am sorry to hear that the tablet developed an issue and was not functioning as expected upon arrival. I understand this would have been disappointing, especially as the item was sold in A grade condition.

As we deal in used goods, we carefully check and test all items before they are purchased and sold, irrespective of grade. However, due to the unpredictable nature of electronic devices, faults can occasionally develop without anyone being directly at fault.

We aim to ensure that product titles accurately reflect the item description. In the case of Graphics cards, we buy and sell graphics cards based on their model and capacity and not based on their profile, the number of slots, or a brand/make. Hence, the brands that we buy for a specific capacity/model are listed under the same title/box ID on our website. Also, please also note that stock images are used on our product listings.

If the item does not meet the customer’s requirements, it can be returned as unwanted within 8 days of delivery, either by post or directly to a store for a quicker refund.
