Really happy

Really happy with the service overall. Communication was prompt and the process was easy to use. I had a small issue verifying my identity over WiFi vs mobile data and needed to do a bit of troubleshooting, but otherwise everything went smoothly. I also received more for my phone than other similar companies were offering, which was great.

Second purchase experience as good as the first

Quality equipment that looks brand new. This is the second iPad accessory I've bought from Cex & both have exceeded expectation.
I needed a keyboard case that was compatible with my older iPad Pro & this thing works a treat for a great price & shipping was fast & reasonable.
Only complaint was emailing support to double check compatibility was a waste of time - I was told there was nothing in stock which was compatible with my model of iPad - which obviously wasn't the case. Save yourself the time & simply check your devices serial number against the product specs.

Phone wasn't refurbished or clean

This is the second phone I've purchased in the last 2 weeks. It was dirty the charging port stopped working as it was dusty. The salesperson told us to clean it. Thought I'll get a better service for buying a Grade B Galaxy A54 for $285. Next time I'll just buy a mint one for guaranteed quality.

The monitor was the correct brand but…

The monitor was the correct brand but the wrong model number. I choose the monitor to avoid external speakers. I haven't installed the graphics card yet but it appears to be what I ordered.

Fast shipping

Fast shipping, but i didn't get the ideal item, had to pay for the second best, the store should keep wider range of stocks especially during festival seasons.

I found the website to be informative (product items and general business) and trust worthy, considering the item I purchased was 2nd hand, which can be concerning. Not much to say, placed the order and got the item delivered within the expected time frame, item was well wrapped and the item is working and in good condition - all as described.
