I had a very good experience with the agency, they are so patient with me asking questions they answer all questions and also they are so kind and friendly.

Because I can experience many things that I couldn’t do in Japan — such as attending school events like night movies, having meals and going out with my host family, and learning about parenting in another country.

Honestly the best agency. AupairUSA cares so much about your wellbeing, they follow-up, call, send cute birthday wishes without being told. I’m sticking with them all the way. The agency has no hidden costs and no discrepancies. I am having my best time!

All information is good for au pairs. And workers do their best to get any essential information before of the arrival date.

Just it will be necessary clarify the second year extention cause the au pair just can stay on USA, and they can not leave dring this second year.

Jane was a fabulous au pair. She learned quickly and was responsible and respectful. Jill is a wonderful LCC. She is available and helps if there are any issues along the way.

They always helped me during all my process.

We’ve had a very positive experience so far and love our au pair who just arrived. However, the set up in the initial weeks has been more involved than we excepted. We have had an inordinate amount of back and forth with our local coordinator in attempting to schedule a home visit. They do not seem flexible to account for our work schedules and our child care needs, particularly during the first weeks when our au pair is here and cannot yet take care of the children independently. It would be helpful for the agency and coordinator to be more understanding that working parents have limited availability during the work week and to try to accommodate visits at alternative times such as weekend or evenings. I’m really glad our au pair is here, but right now it just feels like a lot of work communicating with the agency and getting her set up. This was more involved than we anticipated.

Au Pair USA by InterExchange is a great organization. They help you with everything, and you always have someone to ask if you don't know something or need help. They are super friendly and want the best for you and the host family.

The company is doing great! From my experience I always have answers to my questions, whenever I want to get in touch with the company they answer back and sometimes they actually check on me just because, which is good because they make me feel protected somehow

My Local Coordinator has been extremely supportive during my rematch process. I recommend the agency because they are always willing to help and ensure that au pairs are settled in well.

Poorly structured program, which provides unqualified individuals, who are dangerous to children.
I found glass cup in my child's bed two nights ago after au pair put him to sleep. Many things of that nature. All comments and requests regarding household ignored.
Au pair didn't like my rules, lied to her agency about being mistreated, and left without warning.
As she walked out, my child was traumatized that she was saying bad things about me over the phone to her agency in front of him.
Apparently, this was ongoing for several days.
She was disrespectful, demanding. The agency wasn't supporting me and my needs at all.

I felt very comfortable. The agency support me a lot! I'm glad to travel with Watar I'm very very happy I love the family I love all!

My process was super fast. I have support at all times and they always solve my doubts.
In addition, my host family is super friendly, understanding and patient that has made my stay very good.

Well, it's been 5 days since I arrived and so far everything is going very well, I spoke with LC, she gave me support, she was available to help me whenever I needed, my family is great, I'm having an excellent experience

Good response rate via email to queries, a bit slow on the passport website. As much emphasis that is put on the profile on au pairs on passport should be applied to applications/passports of host families as well (this should be monitored so that they accordingly fill in every required information). A guide on activities to do with host children would be helpful. If in-person training could be implemented again instead of online training, it would be much more effective and better especially to form relationships with other au pairs. The time it takes to match with a host family is a bit too long when it comes to my individual case, I could only wish that there was a more bustling flow of host families.

Overall experience? They care, they put in the effort and I would recommend them.

Before going to the US it was always easy and fast to call someone and to ask as many questions as I waned. Everyone was really nice. I found a great family. And when arriving, the LC takes really good care of you and you have a great way of meeting other Aupairs!
