Aura is an exceptionally professional and compassionate company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend...they know exactly how lightly to tread under the trying circumstances for their customers, while still putting everything in place with impeccable timing and care...in my case Tracy was a superb guide throughout and unburdened me of one of the heavier aspects of my late father's passing with aplomb...many thanks indeed.

A sigh of relief.
The initial enquiry was dealt with a pleasant helpful manner. All options were explained and did not feel under any pressure. Quick and efficient. Incorrect documents initially sent but soon replaced after a very apologetic telephone conversation.
Would definitely recommend and feel a relief at what can be a difficult time is going to be arranged by a caring compassionate company.

Family friendly service…
I reviewed several companies before settling on Aura's family friendly service. The cost was an important consideration and the all inclusive, no hidden extras plan, was a definite plus. The application was straightforward and the staff helpful and friendly. Being able to pay in instalments with no added interest was a bonus. I would highly recommend this plan.

Nice people great sympathetic service
Nice people great sympathetic service. I needed, due to various reasons, to change my funeral requirements.
They kindly waited for me to sort some issues out but kept in touch which made me focus on the issues I needed to consider (it is often so easy to keep putting this important issue to the back of your mind. Non of us like to face our mortality. But all done now filed away and at the back of my mind. I would recommend Aura to any one seeking this type of service.
