I sent in documents over and over, they had me sign all their docs. and said the loan would close in 3 days. The loan never closed and they came back and said they need more docs. Once again wait and see and after a week they come back and said they couldn't verify my income. What was supposed to be quick and seamless took forever and never came to happen!

I was dissatisfied with the time line, transaction was initiated on the 31 of March and received notification today of the loan being funded. I was told I would receive a welcome packet from the new lender in 2 to 4 weeks. Again time line issues. Pay off time line for the new lender and current lenders action on cashing the check goes past current monthly payment date. I have never been late with any payment of any type. As a result I had requested the transaction be cancelled in it's entirety. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
