This was the easiest loan I ever took out. I just called to check it out and next thing I know it was approved and at a lesser interest rate and a lesser monthly payment. The guy that was my contact was the nicest guy.

I applied for a loan through Autoapprove. The loan was actually sent to PSECU which is fine. Unbeknownst to me, Autoapprove tacked on a "finders fee" of some kind that added more than $500 to my loan balance. All the paperwork was done via video conference so I didn't have the documents in front of me for review. I'm not saying this wasn't disclosed but I am saying it wasn't made obvious. If it had been, I would have declined the loan at that point and went directly to a lender. I would never, ever use autoapprove again and would discourage everyone from using them unless you want to pay their fees in addition to your loan.

As soon as i made the call to auto approve for getting my truck refinanced your people were on top of everything and on my loan application and my loan specialist Doug Tran immediately got with me and was hooked up with a lender and got a GREAT DEAL huge lower payments and APR rate My loan specialist Doug was awesome he went above and beyond to help me with my loan on how to do it without him i would’ve been lost..Thank you Doug again..Very happy i made that call to Auto approve..Thank you

It was a process even though we had to resign everything till it was finally done right and Westlake reviewing and thought I would get 4 year auto protect till it was just gap
