SLOW SHIPPING , BAD PARTS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bad Experience ! All parts in my order had a SHIP IN 24H label, I placed the order Monday they only shipped Friday. Of course the courier stood on the package over the weekend so it ended up moving only a week after order, another 4 days to ship Poland-Romania so I got my order next Friday. One of the parts was damaged, production issue most likely so I call them Saturday morning. The automated system assures me someone will contact me asap. Next Monday passes, nobody calls, I tried again and again reaching a live person, nothing. So after a 2 week waiting, I have the car dissembled for a couple of days and I have no way of getting the part swapped. Even if they answer tomorrow, it would probably take them another 2 weeks to get it right. DO NOT RECOMMEND

All went fine. The part arrived successfully and well packaged. Please check the delivery company site for the AWB as the link received on the email, after the order does not redirect to a proper awb tracker.
Delivery to Romania in 4-5 days.

My order was delivered incorrectly. I ordered a left-side window regulator, but I received the right-side one instead. I filed a complaint via email regarding this issue, but I have not received any reply. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I got my shipment in time from Autofixer
I got my shipment in time from Poland-Romania by DHL ,about 3-4 working days, the auto parts where new/no damage to them. I got support with VIN compatibility, and further support on email. I managed to cancel a different order( because the price was good I ordered more spare parts on the second order)with the AI assistant via phone call, and get a refund.

Codurile Pieselor să fie lege pentru această Companie!
Oamenii si lucrătorii onesti, dar piesa ce eu am comandat pentru mașina mea din păcate nu s-a potrivit deloc. Mai au de lucrat mult cu codurile pieselor pentru autovehicule!!! Păcat - Meseria se fură nu se învață!

Iar consilierea a mers perfect, toate piesele au fost identice cu cele originale ale mașinii.
