An incredibly incompetent company. Please look at others when looking at ordering and don’t trust everything you see on social media. Originally brought the radiator cover from Etsy, which now their Etsy store has disappeared After a 13 week wait and two ordered delivered incorrect I messaged to ask them to collect the order on there next run and issue myself a full refund once they had received the wrong product back. My messages started to get ignored once they knew I was not happy with them swapping the top and that the wrong orders was due to themselves not my error. This company has zero customer service or empathy for their customers who spend there money with them. Please look at others. There’s multiple other reviews similar to myself which I think speak volumes for itself.

Don't do it. They lied about my order being confirmed and that I would receive it, then sent me a delivery date, item never came (waited in all day), they then said they didn't have my email address to speak to me, despite speaking to them via email before this. The item clearly hasn't even been made so the delivery date was yet another lie, I ordered this months ago and there was clearly never an intention to fulfil the order. Communication poor and they just make it up as they go along. They delete comments off Instagram from customers asking for help, which says it all. I've been more than patient and I appreciate things go wrong but I don't like being flat out lied to. Beautiful furniture from the photos just really bad business practice.

We ordered our furniture in January and after a few minor hiccups it was delivered as promised. We are super pleased with the craftsmanship and have had many comments on the cover.
Yes, it took a while but we are talking hand made, not made in a factory line environment. If you want hand made to your own specifications then there has to be a wait. Any questions we asked were always answered that day or the next.

Liam and Amy were brilliant to deal with. The unit is lovely and exactly as we asked for. Excellent craftsmanship and despite Etsy causing them a load of trouble, they were so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. It arrived incredibly well packaged and exactly when they said it would. Would definitely recommend to a friend and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Received my made to measure radiator cover made by Liam, it’s stunning i am thrilled with my order and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

His work is truly beautiful it’s the best peice of furniture I’ve bought.

I ordered a radiator cover for a small radiator tucked in behind the main door. They made one that fits the space perfectly. Over the moon with the quality and style. I was kept informed and delivery took place when they said it would.

They closed their Etsy shop with no notification and without fulfilling my order! Fortunately, Etsy was able to give me a refund.

They look great in the social media links so I ordered 2 on th 1st January 2024. 1 item turned up and this was very nice, however, this is when things started to tun sour. I contacted them and they eventually got back to me after a significant delay and lots of chasing to admit their error and the other item had been "forgotten" A delayed deliver was promised and since then I have had no further communication despite chasing via email, social media posts and dm's and phoning. We are now in April now 4 months on form the order date and no communication at all or responses to posts even though they have responded to others....a truly terrible experience.

An update as it is only fair - I got a refund from PayPal for both items today and I no longer have to deal with this company other than let them collect the radiator cover that did turn up next week. Check out Au Unique for reviews too, same business but more horror stories.

I only got a response when I reported then to trading standards and quoted the law to them.

Didn't get an apology though.....

What can i say that others have not..This is the worst online buying experience ive ever had. Ive had better customer service of online scammers than this company give , i would prefer to buy off a small company if possible but what a mistake this one was, Everybody saying the same thing more or less.. And mine was pretty much the same.. spent Near £1400 for two radiator covers.. After pretty much zero communication from there side and waiting near 3 months for a delivery date and then finally getting delivery date. I did ask for a time slot but got nothing, i contacted them again the day before the delivery for the time slot and got nothing, i contacted them on the delivery day and was told they would get me that information but yes you got it again got nothing, Anyway besides all that i was still looking forward to them arriving LOL. How stupid was i thinking they was going to turn up. waited in all day and night but nothing.. contacted them via a message and all i got back was automated messages saying i had received a full refund.. No explanation at all.. And still haven't. I so wish i had seen these reviews first.. So do yourself a favour and learn from other peoples mistakes so you don't have to waste your time or money.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, find somebody else, Seriously find somebody else.. The only thing unique is there poor service,

I received my radiator cover within the time frame promised and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality was outstanding and the service was brilliant.
