Brilliant parking company very friendly and helpful, transport to cruise terminal very efficient and after making a quick call on our return they ensured a car was dispatched within 15mins. Would definitely recommend and use next time.

Great place to park! Only a short walk to the cruise terminal and the staff were great- loved the complimentary water and samosas!! Would highly recommend to anyone needing long stay parking in Southampton.

Having made this booking very close to our cruise departure I didn't really know what to expect. But the directions they gave were spot on as I don't think I would have found it as easy.
Very polite staff were there to greet us and explain (again) what the format was in regards to travelling to and from our cruise ship.
They take you and pick you up from the port which is about a 7 min drive in there car. On the return you just have to phone them and they are there in a few minutes to take you back to your car. They even gave the car a quick clean before we were on our way. 5 ☆

After looking at almost every car park provider for our Southampton cruise, this company was by far the most affordable, the most easiest to book and now I can say the service received was 100%. The location was a 5 minute walk after we firstly dropped our bags at the docks. These guys offer a park and ride service which we didn’t take but reviews on this are very good. The ease of parking here means that there is no que time at the docks and was very easy to leave once we disembarked. We had no traffic or ques to sit in. We even got gifted bottles of water for our journey. This service was fault less. Thank you once again and we will be using you next time. 10/10

Extremely friendly and efficient service. Great directions to find the car park, warm personal welcome, in and of their car within 3 minutes of arriving, 5 minute personal car transfer to the terminal with a friendly driver. Pick up after our cruise was very efficient with a warm welcome, and even an offer of water for our onward journey. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Usually park on the port, so when I found that parking was full, I had to look elsewhere and I was go glad that I did. I will use all the time from now on, fast, efficient and extremely polite staff. On the morning of the journey, received a text with google map coordinates, extremely useful, within minutes of disembarking, taxi was waiting. Many thanks

Easy to book. Good price compared to ship parking. used it for P and O cruise from Ocean terminal. email with instructions to parking are and how to collect. Encouraged to note mileage so that u new car had not been used. rang on disembarkation and car ready to go with bottle of water for journey. very polite staff. 12 minutes walk from terminal. would recommend Ava. well done

First time we used Ava, parking it won't be the last, service was excellent, was a little early no problem with them they unloaded our car and took us to our terminal and unloaded our luggage on a trolley, arrived back one simply call and arrived promptly to take us back to the car park and provided us with bottled water, thank you Brian and Sue 👍.

Excellent service thank you very much...dropped off and picked up in a timely manner..the drivers and the parking guys were extremely efficient. Secure parking close to the dock and the hotels. First time user of this company… very easy to book and price was very competitive. On arrival at the car park on departure day we were greeted and quickly transferred to the port within a couple of minutes. On arrival back this morning into Southampton from Britannia, I called to advise I was about to disembark the ship, my transport back to the car park arrived 10 minutes after making the call. The car was ready to drive away, and the guys assisted with loading the luggage. The service has been first class and very friendly. I would definitely use again, and highly recommend them. Absolutely perfect parking option. Greeted by I think it was Harris, sorry if that’s wrong, so helpful as our ship had moved berths. Organised drop off and pick up which was easy and there to collect as we walked off the ship. Helped with bags and car ready to go. What more can you ask!
