Do not book with these absolute scammers!

Spoke to Brooklyn who was extremely rude and spoke down to me throughout all our calls. He gave me a quote and I asked for confirmation via email which he said he’d send but never did. This price was higher than the one I’d got on the website but he advised that deal was being removed that day. He then called back and had got the holiday cheaper but it meant I couldn’t have breakfast in the hotel for one day (very strange). Then suddenly I couldn’t have breakfast all days and the price had dropped by another £200. Brooklyn then kept calling me, pushing me to book despite me telling him I was working and then when I called back during his working hours, he’d gone home. I spoke to Joe and paid in full after he said that if I only paid a deposit, the flights/hotel would not be booked until I paid in full which I thought was very strange having always had confirmation after paying a deposit in the past (otherwise what’s the point in a deposit?!) AFTER PAYING, I got sent a bunch of terms and conditions I had to agree to but by this point I’d already committed. 48 hours later I hadn’t received any communication, no confirmation of payment, no invoice, no flight confirmation or holiday voucher as promised - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I called a couple of times and they said it was being processed but then told me they would not proceed with booking my holiday unless I paid more money!!! Interestingly the additional amount took the price to £3 less than the original quote, which also kept it £3 below the 8% increase requirement to get a full refund!!! The response I got to my refund request was abrupt, rude and completely dismissive.
I managed to get my money back but these people are scammers! They tell you a price so that you commit but that’s not the price you will pay!

Ian went out of his way to help sort a booking in the Maldives. Hotel availability was not great for the island resort I had chosen but Ian contacted the hotel directly and was able to sort things. He also spent a great deal of time to make sure there wasn't any better alternative for the dates and price I had in mind. He was very patient understanding and kind, thank you

Second holiday booked with Away Holidays. Alex is amazing. Very patient and understanding and looks after you from start to finish. Low deposit and doesn't push you to pay the remaining amount straight away. Let's you pay just before going. Very competitive, I've not seen the same deals out there cheaper!. Very thorough with his information and tells you everything you need to know. My advice to anyone who has had a bad customer service experience, to try him....you won't be disappointed. Thank you very much Alex for all your hard work.

Initially I wrote great review however know I feel like I need to amend this.
Yes the service at beginning was great and Rob was brilliant at finding me something but on reflection I rushed to it. Didn't get good a deal as I thought. I have tried emailing to ask questions but no response or not quick enough as when I booked and already gave my money.

2nd time booking with away holidays as they sorted us out with a holiday of a lifetime which was faultless in every way. Dealt with Brooklyn once again who makes everything easy and very helpful. 5 stars 🌟

I booked a holiday with Brooklyn to Dubai leaving in 10 days. After paying the amount in full he let me know the flight had been cancelled. Brooklyn managed to change our flight in our favour and dealt with everything in a very efficient and professional manner. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking another holiday with him.

Rob was extremely helpful when I called to enquire about holidays to the Maldives. He listened to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and shared his own experience of staying at the resort, which was very reassuring. I’ve paid my deposit and will be sending the remaining balance this week. Great service, highly recommend!

Great experience with Rob at away holidays

My holiday request was picked up by Brooklyn who made the whole experience effortless. He was able to improve on the initial online quote and tailor the package more to our needs. Everything was documented and emailed for my review within minutes of the call. No hard sell or pressure to accept. Once we decided it was a go and replied to the mail he called back and provided options on down payment and final settlement that suited us best. Will definitely use Away Holiday's again
