Wide selection of bar stools by style and price point, and seem to have a massive stock in their warehouse. We visited their small showroom on the Ferndown Industrial Estate, found a bar stool that we really liked, then found that they had two in stock in their warehouse which we bought and took away with us.

Ordered stools for my breakfast bar unfortunately they were out of stock, I was contacted and informed on expected delivery date or given the option to cancel my order. I’m so glad I waited the few days for delivery they are absolutely perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend barstools.co.uk to friends and family. Good price, great quality and friendly service what’s not to love.

Order placed Mid December for delivery in February. Heard nothing so contacted them. Ignored my email so I called them,was told now planning to deliver at end of May , almost 6 months after initial order was paid for. Asked for refund, they agreed and have done nothing about it. Still waiting and fed up with being ignored and fobbed off.
Edited comment-the day after this was posted they couldn’t refund my account fast enough in exchange for a removal of my 1 star review , now changed to 3 stars,
Beware if you are ordering a ‘pre-order product, you may face a lengthy delay in receiving your items.

The bar stools were just what I was looking for. Delivery was extremely prompt and while I had a small issue with one stool, it was again very quickly resolved. Great company to do business with. 👍

First we ordered one bar stool to see how they looked in my club, when it came the next day I was very surprised on the good quality of the stool, so I ordered another 7 , buy unfortunately I pushed the wrong button and ordered the wrong colour, spoke to a lady in the office who sorted this matter out for me and arranged a collection and delivery of the correct ones .Top marks for customer service and top marks for quality of the stool’s. Would recommend highly.

i bought a bar stool and 2 months and a half after they all cracking,they just told me they can do nothing the insurance not covering that.after 2 months and a half only.so now you know the product are not good quality here and if you got problem they will dont care

Loved the design of the stool - BUT didn’t expect to have to drill holes in seat to attach it to the legs. I did drill the holes - but unfortunately drilled through to the top side which I then had to fill.
The design made up for all this bother…!
