Wish I’d read the 1 star reviews before buying from this company. Bought 4 bar stools from Atlantic …. the metal frame on one of them snapped after 18 months. The other three are ok and Atlantic claim they’ve never had this problem on these chairs before - all of which would suggest this is an inherent manufacturing fault rather than a wear and tear issue. Atlantic will not consider a replacement as it’s outwith their 12 month warranty. We made them aware of our rights under the Consumer Rights Act due to the poor quality, but they are not interested. Very poor indeed. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered the item paid for it never arrived and when I spoke to them after about 10 days I was informed they were out of stock. One should definitely have been informed of this at the time of ordering So 3 stars !!!

Ordered 3 bar stools there were scratches on the legs and the foot rest . Also one of the seats had mould stains on it . Paid £300 was offered £15 back . Rejected that and asked for a new set but was denied this . If they weren’t scratched and mouldy they would have been nice stools

Very disappointing experience, especially as I am a return customer having made 20+ purchases over the years.
I was sent a Lush bar stool which was imperfect. I believe it has already been returned as the cap was missing. The bar had a terrible defect (the finish was so different from the other 5 I had that it would look ridiculous). The fittings and instructions were missing.
I contacted customer service who could not have been more unhelpful. They clearly wanted me to keep a poor quality item which I refused. I asked for a replacement.
I was then received this text:
“In this instance we will arrange a collection for a full refund rather than a replacement as we do not think that you will be pleased with the quality of any of our other items we could send.”
I was appalled and have since bought almost identical items from a competitor for a quarter of the price!
I will not use this company or recommend them ever again. They have a lot to learn.
I have also since read a lot of negative reviews and mine is just one more.

Polite customer service. Prompt handling of unwanted goods to be returned/collected/refunded and swift delivery of new grey bar stools which I love so much. They're a joy to sit on. I wish they did them in real leather as they are so stylish and add to my kitchen's contemporary look.
