I chose the 7" BeautySleep full-size mattress in a box as the easiest alternative to replace a very old, high quality innerspring mattress, and, after sleeping on it for 2 weeks, I am totally satisfied. It is as firm as my old mattress, which is what I prefer. My only concern is for how well it holds up.
It came in a large box which was a bit torn up by FedEx, but the mattress itself was fine. Two 80-year old people were able to take it upstairs and unroll it onto the bed. It certainly is easier to handle than the old innerspring mattress. And it's quite amazing that this tightly rolled bundle turns into a full size mattress!
Also, as I recall, when searching for a 6" or 7" mattress to use with my old box springs, this was the only one I found with a one-year warranty.

The bed is so comfortable. Quality is excellent. Very happy with the purchase. Delivery was great!

Hello. I ordered my mattress over a month ago but never got it. I live in nyc and the last mile delivery vendor RXO told me that they “damaged” my mattress and that they will order a new one and get back to me. But I haven’t heard anything from them for a few weeks. Also I tried to send you guys an email but was not helpful. Please help.

The entire process was seamless.
Ordered online, setup delivery online and gentlemen punctual and polite.

Delivery was flawless. However, this is my 5th BeautyRest Black Hybrid purchase, and ar $4800, my most expensive. This version does not feel as Plush as the others by a long shot. Feels far more firm than the others, which were all plush. I should not have upgraded from the base model.

About 10 years ago, we purchased a Beautyrest Black Hybrid Plus at a local mattress store, where we could try it out. Since this model is no longer made, I went on line and found that the current comparable model is the Beautyrest Black Hybrid Series Three. I then researched which stores had it available. We wanted to try a firm and medium mattress, as our old one was a plush, and we knew we needed a more firm mattress. Unfortunately, neither of the two stores that indicated on line that this specific mattress was available in their store had it.
I looked at beautyrest.com, and when I entered my zip code to find a store that carried this specific mattress, there was nothing available in their 200 mile range! We really didn't feel confident ordering a mattress without trying it out, but we had no choice if we wanted that specific mattress. We took a chance, noting their 90 day return policy and ordered a firm. We have been sleeping on it now for a week, and it's great, with the right amount of firmness! I would give the mattress 5 Stars, but only 3 for customer service. The delivery was originally scheduled for 7/14, and we were supposed to be contacted by the delivery company RXO, on 7/13 with a delivery window. I waited until 7 PM, and then tried calling RXO. Of course no one was available, so I left my number. I called again first thing in the morning, as I received an email noting that my "return" wasn't processed! I reached a call center in the Philippines, and could barely understand the woman I was talking to! She told me to call the store that I ordered the mattress from, and apologized for the incorrect email stating it was a return and not a delivery.
I then called the number for beautyrest.com, and again reached a call center in the Philippines! My guess is that it was the same one for RXO, and these two women were working in the same room. I was told that my mattress was finished and was in Moreno Valley, CA. I was also told that there was a delay with the delivery from Beautyrest to RXO. I rescheduled my delivery appointment to 7/22, but I also noted that if I didn't receive it on that date, I would cancel my order.
I was contacted the next day, and notified that my mattress could be delivered on 7/17. The delivery guys were great, so they also deserve 5 Stars! They informed me that the mattress came from Union City, not Moreno Valley. Also, when I checked the status of the mattress later in the day on 7/14, it showed as being in Union City, so the person I spoke to from Beautyrest gave me incorrect information!
In summary, three stars to beautyrest.com, for not having mattresses available to try out, and then outsourcing their customer service line to the Philippines, along with the delivery company they used. Language was clearly a barrier.

Delivery was on time and associates were helpful snd careful. New mattress is great. thx Beautyrest!

Avoid this company ! , if you have a warranty issue you are out of luck ! After purchasing their most expensive bed ( Heavenly Bed ) at close to 5000.00 , and only 3 years later it failed . They make it impossible to meet all of the hoops to make a claim . You have been warned !

The original mattress we chose wasn’t what we desired. We reached out to Beautyrest and their exchange process went very smooth. For that we’re grateful.

I tried to read reviews before deciding to purchase directly from Beauty Rest. RXO who apparently has individual companies that deliver for the various companies did not give white glove service. That company rang the doorbell and by the time (2min) we got to the door as they arrived 25 minutes ahead of time without warning they left the mattress on my front porch. I was livid so I immediately reached out asking for them to return to pick up the mattress but no they made us wait 5 days before coming to pick up the mattress. Then what was delivered wasnt what we initially saw at Macys. Not sure if its because they had the mattress standing but there was a lump at one end. I will compliment Beauty Rest for not wasting time to refund the purchase back to my credit card. The experience wasnt a good one but I appreciate BR for acting quickly on their end.

Beautyrest should stop using RXO delivery to deliver their mattress. This company changed the delivery date 4 times. They are unaccountable and do not return calls that they committed on. All they do is apologize. What good does that do. They work for and represent Beautyrest. I emailed Beautyrest about this asking them to help expedite this order. Never got a response nor acknowledgement. Just because of this I will not purchase any Beautyrest product in the future.

shopping on the website was very easy. The order experience was very easy - I have bought beautyrest mattresses for many years. The mattress arrived on time as determined. Overall a very good experience

I had an awful delivery experience and I reached out to customer service and still have not heard back.

Delivery service is not white glove delivery and setup. I have contacted Beautyrest about this experience and not heard back.

New pillow, which helps dramatically with sleep.

I like that it has a 100 night trial period. Though I doubt I will need to return the pillow. I purchased a down alternative pillow and it has been performing well. I go to sleep on my back and then switch to side sleeping later in the night. The pillow has provided the support I need for these sleep positions. I have not been waking up with neck pain or headaches, so that is good news. At this point I am pleased with this purchase.

The delivery guys were polite, respectful and worked quickly and efficiently to remove our old mattress and box springs. They did request assistance when bringing the new mattress in as they were concerned with damage that may have occurred while bringing the VERY HEAVY mattress in...they were conscientious enough to ask for the help and I appreciated that!
