My wife and I are so upset we bought this mattress from their hotel collection. It was non refundable and now we know why. Within a couple weeks we realized we made a mistake. It is not comfortable like the hotels, this is not the same mattress we experienced as a guest that we looked up to buy. Within six months pits started forming where both of us sleep and neither of us are obese. My wife is 110 lbs soaking wet and I’m just over 200. Our sleep life is miserable now and they won’t refund the mattress. Do not buy one of these beds. I’ve had mattresses that were less than a thousand dollars that were better quality. It almost feels like this was used and refurbished somehow but we both wake up in pain every morning. The greatest insult is that we had to pay the $300 a month all while being so miserable. It has really made our every day lives worse. There is nothing worse than constant poor sleep. Shame on this company for not doing refunds or exchanges. I’ve seriously considered sleeping on the floor instead. We hate, hate HATE this mattress and are saving up to buy another and will throw this in the garbage. Will never buy a beauty rest again as long as we live.

i had to reserve the shipping date twice instead of doing the entire two items in one shipping order, which would have been nice. Otherwise the service was perfect and straightforward

I purchased a Beautyrest® Deluxe Down…
I purchased a Beautyrest® Deluxe Down Alternative Pillow and I don’t really like it so I haven’t been using it. It was advertised on a talk show and they said how great it was and a customers top pick and I decided to try it. It isn’t soft enough for me, so sadly I haven’t used it. Still on a quest to find the perfect pillow.

I bought a king mattress from metro…
I bought a king mattress from metro mattress in geneva ny and they went bankrupt and it was very difficult to get a warranty replacment. Finally did. I’ll let u know how this mattress holds up but I was told my warranty was no longer valid. Not great business practice if the one I originally bought was defective.

Pillows were too large and too stuffed so that it was like sleeping sitting up. Terrible. I thought they were softer when I ordered them.
