Lovely human touch by the ‘call handlers’
Not only was the process quick and efficient, the people I spoke to on the phone were kind, friendly and really helpful. This really made a difference.

Was dealt with by a very pleasant girl on the phone who gave me my telephone appointment the same day at a convenient time. Doctor phoned right on time and dealt with my query and informed me how to proceed.

Benenden health offers excellent value…
Benenden health offers excellent value for money. The GP 24/7 service alone is a superb facility used when I was unwell, it performed superbly. An appointment within 2 hours, a prescription was issued and made-up within the hour. I was on antibiotics that same day. 👍

I’ve been a member for several years…
I’ve been a member for several years and have found Beneden excellent to deal with. They have helped me several times without any problems and I would thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.
This particular experience however was not indicative of their general attributes .it was a discussion .

a clean and welcoming hospital on arrival. Was treated by efficient staff, During eye treatment everything was explained before work began and once completed was free to go home
