This is truly what it means to consider the interest of the customer before anything else.
Even though I made my purchase through a third party, I was treated with uthmost respect all through the time I was processing for a return and full refund. Staff was very professional and very reasonable. I was given a full refund and surprised with very generous compensation. Wow, it's had to believe that a company like this exists in UK.

Had issues with the TV stand!
Had issues with the TV stand I purchased from Berkfield, which is less than ideal. However, the way they resolved the issue was quick and most satisfactory, initially providing options of partial refunds which were rejected. But once final offer had been rejected they offered a full refund painlessly and effectively.
Only gave 3 stars due to stand not being suitable, outside this always responded quickly and respectfully.

I’ve got two beds that not fit for…
I’ve got two beds that not fit for purpose. One bed is broken on one the the fitting and the other bed you can’t put together as the didn’t align with each other. But they can offer 50% back..
But that doesn’t change anything I’ve still got 2 beds I can’t use..
I’ve sent email’s but now one is getting back to me as I’ve ask to talk to a manager because Under the consumer rights act 2015 .
Between 30 days and six months I’m entitled to a repair or replacement of goods if they are seen unfit for purpose or unsatisfactory quality and these two beds are unsatisfactory and unfit to use..
