Purchased both the front and back door off these cowboys. The back door had to be installed 3 times and then the kitchen doorway repainted due to their inadequacy and then they altered the manufacturing of the front door handle (which has a 5 warranty but means nothing) so now we have no door handle unless we purchase a new one. Customer service has been shocking throughout with a rude Csa and unanswered emails

Placed an order and was advised delivery would be 2/3 by Mo. On the 4th week I was trying to locate my order but was advised Nicola was not in so they could not provide a fitting date. On the 3rd September I was advised fitting would be on the 13th September. No fitters turned up today so when I phoned Bespoke it took them over an hour to advise fitter had not turned in and next date would be Tuesday 21st September. They could not give a reason why the rescheduled date has to be another 8 days. Jish is supposed to phone back and advise. I could have got the doors cheaper but I paid more because Bespoke said they could fit sooner. I would find it hard to recommend this Company and would definitely look around. In the meantime I will wait for Josh to call and the eventual fitting of my doors.

Me and my husband placed an order for 1 composite door on the 26th of January 2021 and paid a cash deposit of £1100. it’s been over 4 months and I still haven’t heard anything. I have called a numerous amount of times and spoke to Georgina who apparently ‘doesn’t work there any more’ and Keith but all I am being told is that my door is on order and it will be with you some time next week. This is absolutely ridiculous terrible customer service.

I had some windows fitted by Dave in 2018 they did a great job. I called bespoke on 01204 401175 towards the end March and arranged a time with a chap who claimed he was an installation manager. He spoke very arrogantly. He said he will arrange a sales man to come around to leave me a price for a new front door. I was told that somebody will be coming out today. It has been 3 weeks nobody has bothered to even answer the phone. Dave has told me that he has sold bespoke so this explains a lot. He has advised for a fitter to come and leave me a price. It’s a shame looks like I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Had 4 windows fitted at the beginning of April 2021 and they are superb - the windows are tilt and turn and are great for cleaning them ourselves, which is necessary in a 3 storey townhouse.
The fitters worked hard for almost 9 hours, were very courteous and kept us informed all along before tidying everything away including taking away the old windows.
There were a few small snags, which have been speedily resolved.
We would readily recommend this company to install any windows in our friends and neighbours' houses.

I called bespoke on Wednesday to arrange an appointment for the following Thursday at 2pm. Nobody bothered to turn up. I waited in all day but they didn’t have the common decency to call me. Stay away from this company.

Had 2 new windows fitted today and they worked really hard, the end product was very satisfactory and the 2 men were very polite and cleaned up all the mess, they didn't leave until everything was OK by me the customer. would definitely recommend , they kept me informed throughout the process.

I had 6 windows fitted in white on Friday 19th March.They look amazing. I am really happy with their workmanship. The fitters were nice and polite and I was really please with the way mo kept in touch with me throughout the entire installation. Thank you very much bespoke. Will definitely be using you guy again.

Graham and Dale arrived on Tuesday 26/1/21. They were to fit all our windows and patio door. They worked hard and diligently. Access to the back of the property is awkward and the glass for the windows was quite large. They were clean workers who cleared up every day before they left. The windows have been expertly fitted with genuine care and pride in their work. Pleasant, hardworking and very approachable they were a pleasure to have in the house. Would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is hesitant in making a choice for their windows. A job excellently executed.

Appart from slight delay in fitting due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, the quality of windows is excellent. The fitting team worked extremely well and were very professional and courteous. The final finish was excellent. Very happy.

The door is stunning! Service was second to none with everyone we dealt with being very nice, helpful and great at what they do. The price was exceptional as I’d rung around to get an idea of pricing before considering changing the front door. I was told uniformly to be expecting around £1200 as entry level and we got a gorgeous door with a lovely decorated glass arch at the top for £895. I would recommend these guys wholeheartedly to anyone considering a new was door. Excellent!

We had a Solidor front door/side panel and Safeguard back door fitted. Very pleased with both products up to now. BCD Ltd were competitive in their pricing and the two fitters (Graham & Dave) made a superb job of the installation. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that communication from BCD could have been better following a change of ownership prior to fitting. Subsequent communication regarding an upcoming window installation has been fine.
