Great harness for my super excitable lab pup! Bought a second one in another colour. Amazing customer support answered all my questions and checked in after I had it for a bit. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience. They stayed in contact during the whole purchased to the delivery. The harness was perfect. It was everything we hoped it would be. Its nice to deal with a company that believes in great customer service. Will most definitely tell everyone I know about the quality of the harness and the outstanding company.

I ordered two harnesses after seeing their advertisement on social media. It’s now been over one month and my concerns are always returned with AI generated responses. They continually provide the same claims that their product is hand packaged, and because of the heavy workload recently put on their small team, they are working through delays. According to the tracking number, the package is coming from China, not hand packaged from their small local team. The tracking page is completely fake. It loads the same page every time and says that my package is on its way, but no other details. I’ve asked for a refund half a dozen times and I just get the same AI generated response, except from a different name on the email; Emily, Emma, etc.

I waited for a month for my harness to arrive, then contacted the company. They apologized and offered to rebate 10% of my money, which they did. They also said the harness is on its way. The order was made on May 18, but as of today, July 3, the harness has not arrived. I emailed the company and told them it feels like a scam and they haven't responded.

This company has ZERO Customer Service. Emailed three (3) times requesting cancellation or a duplicate order made in error, cancelled within their 24-hour notification. NOT one response. May need to dispute with my credit card company. Will provide other review once first order is received.

What an amazing team! And the Harness, wow just stunning on my chocolate lab. Helps with the pulling, my walks with her are alot smoother. Emily, wow! Excellent service, continuous updates on my order after I placed it. They even checked in afterwards asking if the harness works and fits! I recommend 100%

I measured my dog as described by the seller.The harness took weeks to come and no matter what I did the harness did not fit my dog.I wanted to return it and asked for instructions They said keep it but pay 10 more and they would send a new one after I measured.They do not have a size that fits my 16 lb dog correctly in spite of them saying in their ad that it would fit I highly discourage you from ordering from this company

I am extremely impressed with their customer service. I have a basset hound so the front D ring would not work for us. They contacted us and took my concerns seriously and were very helpful. They got back in touch to see how their suggestions worked out. Wonderful followup. The harness works fine and I love the leash.

I was looking for a larger harness for my dog when he wants to be with me while I am doing yard work. He knows when I bring it out he is either going in the car or out in the yard. Love it.

Harness fit perfect on my Great Dane. He used to drag me while on a walk, now he walks beside me. Satisfied customer.

Everything was good from the start, Emily always sent emails updating me. When the product came in it was easy to see the quality and love she puts into making these harnesses.

My dog is a 95lb. Labradoodle. I have bought so many things that say your dog won't pull when walking. I got this front pull harness snd had it a few weeks before trying it.Frankly didn't think it would work. Well let me tell you this was Jack's first walk no pulling and walked on a loose leash. I could not believe this was my dog. This a great company that stays in touch with you and their product is like a miracle!

My seven, year old springer spaniel, was always a puller. Very early on we stopped using a colar on leed and went with a harness. The harness just encouraged more pulling.He didn't respond to training, and I was concerne about hurting him. Front D ring solved the problem immediately..

Love the harness and it fits great on my dog. She loves it and so easy to walk with her.

What a difference it is walking my 2 Rottweilers both over 120 pounds. Would pull and want to listen. Got each one these harnesses and not one pull. I don’t even have to look at them they follow and now both me and dogs enjoy walking.

All I can say is WOW!!! I have a four-year-old pit butnothing I found could keep him from pulling me.I am 135 pounds and with our old leash , he used to pull me like it was nothing several times I had fallen because of him. Once I got the leash and harness, it was a game changer.I can actually use the top D ring and keep one hundred percent control of him. Thank yall for coming with this design it is amazing!!!
